The pizza is decent, and overall the food is good. Unfortunately, I wasn't convinced by the service: the staff seemed a bit cold and unfriendly, almost tired, and this made the experience less pleasant. The exception was the girls at the tables, who were kind and helpful. With a little more attention to hospitality, the place could offer a better experience.

I've been to this restaurant and I recommend it to anyone who hasn't been there. The place is very beautiful and welcoming, with a huge garden and parking. The decor and artistic statues are very beautiful. The staff is very hospitable and kind. I had the pizza, compliments to the pizza chef, delicious pizza. I will gladly return. Maybe I'll try the cuisine on my next visit. Compliments to all the staff.

Having tried all 3 areas of the Refuge, we always gladly return to Purgatory to eat excellent pizzas.

I had high expectations for this restaurant, but unfortunately they didn't live up to them. I'll start by saying that all the staff were friendly and the service excellent, but I found the food to be of a less than high quality. The gnocchi, in particular, were almost entirely undercooked, and the other fish-based entree was barely edible. Considering the significantly above-average price, I'd go elsewhere.

A charming place, next to a museum, with a lovely atmosphere, friendly staff, and delicious pizzas. I recommend it.

We had pizza. The waiters were super nice. The place was too loud, I couldn't speak. The port is unique, worth seeing!!

A divine experience in Hell. There are places that don't just host you, they put you on stage. At Rifugio degli Artisti (Dosso), the entrance runs alongside a charming deconsecrated church, a prelude to a very personal gastronomic "Comedy." My destination was Hell, the restaurant, and it was an extraordinary journey. Forget the dark clichés; the dining room is a lush triumph, evoking the cultured atmosphere of the Belle Époque, somewhere between Midnight in Paris and The Curse of the Jade Scorpion. The ceiling is studded with pots and pans, rigorously uncovered (the most astute will understand why), and the table setting is fantastic, luxurious, meticulously curated down to the last detail. This obsessive attention to detail extends to the bathroom; an international feel I've only found in Belgium or the Netherlands, rarely in Italy. Mirko will be your Virgil... impeccable looks and manners, he'll expertly guide you through a journey of intoxicating pairings and flavors. The cuisine accompanies the experience with discretion, featuring excellent local products and a few deliberately unbalanced flavors to highlight the gargantuan luxury of the condiments. Unlike other places, here you're not a guest and you're not "at home": you're the absolute protagonist of the scene! The bill? Surprisingly lower than all that. But then again, we all have to go to Hell sooner or later, and it's only right that it be accessible. Style note: I won't post photos. This place shouldn't be viewed through a screen; it deserves to be discovered and experienced exclusively with your own eyes. A simply divine experience.
