Il culatello (24 e 36 mesi) veramente speciale ( da bis) e tortelli di erbette con burro fuso e parmigiano ottimi così come il dolce Patrizia per completare in dolcezza un ottimo pranzo. Grazie ad Alessandro per la gentilissima accoglienza per un pranzo veramente molto apprezzato da ripetere senza alcun dubbio.

23/09/2025: Michelin-starred restaurant, please. But at very affordable prices, unlike many of this type. Sophisticated and refined cuisine. Impeccable service. The terrace is tiny, so make a reservation! Again, one of the few restaurants in tourist towns in this region that serves real cuisine.

19/09/2025: In terms of food quality, it's a guarantee! This time, however, I have to say that the waitress wasn't the friendliest. Overall, the service was very good, except for a few responses that, in my opinion, were inappropriate.

05/10/2025: Il Veliero Restaurant is located near the Bologna train station in a side street and the view from the outside does not give away the treasure hidden inside. I found the restaurant when I was staying nearby and ended up returning every evening during my stay. The numerous table reservations and people waiting for a free table inside and outside speak for how good it is. The service is very kind and attentive and the food is simply amazing! I tried pizza and pasta and everything was perfect. On the last evening I also had tiramisu for dessert and it was out of this world. If you are in Bologna I definitely recommend trying this restaurant.

They said yes, but when we ordered, we were quickly told that since it was a restaurant, they only had Aperol and Campari. They served us two chips on the spot. They would have made a better impression by saying they didn't serve aperitifs. Negative experience

03/10/2025: We were here for an aperitif. Excellent service, a relaxed atmosphere, and not too touristy, close to the university district. They not only served the usual chips with our drinks but also delicious bruschetta. A definite recommendation, away from the crowds.

08/09/2025: We had lunch on Sunday without a reservation. A truly picturesque location... between the hills of Casola Valsenio and Riolo Terme. Friendly service and truly refined dishes with delicate flavors. A place with true attention to detail. The use of herbs in the dishes is closely linked to the nearby Cerioni herb garden.
