24/04/2025: I have been a customer of the Osteria di Fornio for at least ten years, although I go about once a year due to the distance between my place of residence and Fidenza. This restaurant is a real point of reference for good Emilian cuisine, expertly revisited by the chef in a more contemporary key, without however distorting it. At these levels of quality it is difficult to talk about dishes being better than others. However, I would like to point out the Buon Insieme menu, thanks to which we got to know the Osteria di Fornio years ago, which represents an excellent way to get to know the dishes of this place and its territory at 360°. The welcome from the dining room staff was also genuine and professional, led by the friendly husband of the chef and co-owner. A service as warm as that of taverns and as attentive as that of an excellent restaurant. Absolutely recommended and, without doubt, we will continue to return.

24/05/2025: Posto con pochi coperti, intimo e veramemte molto carino, curato in ogni dettaglio. I proprietari sono molto gentili e fanno sentire come a casa. Una scelta di vini molto variegata (chi li serve ve li descrive perfettamente) e tante possibilità sfiziose per mangiare o, più semplicemente, stuzzicare durante un aperitivo.

15/05/2025: We ate a quick platter on the way down from San Luca and I have to say that everything was very good. The place is very nice both inside and out under the porticoes of Bologna! We will definitely be back!

10/05/2025: Passing through Gabicce, we noticed the place from the street and stopped for dinner. Everything is delicious, starting from the mussels marinara as a starter, tagliolini as a first course, the slice of swordfish and the tender chocolate sauce. Enjoy the dishes, the raw materials are of high quality and can be felt. Honest prices.

12/06/2025: Superlative quality starred restaurant in Pennabilli! We did the 8-course Paesaggi tasting menu, all excellent, maximum quality of ingredients plus lots of originality and ingenuity in creating the dishes and combinations. In addition to this, the welcome was perfect, professional but at the same time friendly, something truly unique to find in a Michelin-starred restaurant, much appreciated!! Very extensive wine list, there is something for all tastes. Price in line with restaurants of this level, very honest. The location is also very well-kept and very beautiful, both internally with stunning stone and wood interiors, and externally with a large and impeccable garden. An experience to absolutely do, I will return without a doubt!!!

18/05/2025: The place is small and cozy, the food is very abundant and good (be careful because it is hot when it arrives)! The anime style decorations are incredible. The service is very fast, but the contact with the customer is the minimum necessary to order. My boyfriend and I had a great time, we will be back!
