A well-maintained restaurant with an incredible menu. Both the tagliolini with culatello and the shrimp ravioli with scamorza were more than appreciated, absolutely delicious.
The staff was also very kind in recommending a local wine for our lunch, and the extra virgin olive oil tasting at the beginning of the meal was also excellent. The waitress was super nice with us.
Definitely one of my favorite restaurants in Parma.

A top-notch restaurant, with attention to every detail, from the welcome to the service, from the plating to the quality of the ingredients.
All in an elegant yet informal and therefore extremely relaxing atmosphere.
The olive oil tasting that opens the service is a truly commendable bonus.
All the dishes were excellent; I particularly enjoyed the Parmesan tart and the pasta with sardines.
The wine list and cellar are practically endless.
The Easter dessert, not included in the menu, was spectacular, both visually and in terms of flavor.
Impeccable service: professional, friendly, fast, and attentive to every need.
Fairly priced.
Extraordinary location, just steps from the Baptistery and the Duomo.
Highly recommended.

Discovered on a Google recommendation, I expected a place like many others, but it was a very pleasant surprise. The location is well-kept and welcoming, with a truly pleasant atmosphere.
The staff stands out for their courtesy, professionalism, and great customer service.
The olive oil tasting was particularly appreciated, a true taste experience. The dishes are excellent, made with high-quality ingredients, enhanced with balance and care.
This is not your typical trattoria, but a place that offers a high-quality gastronomic experience, with excellent value. Highly recommended.

La Forchetta is a tip for gourmets, less so for casual eaters. While the portions are rather small, they taste all the better for it – fine dining in Parma, so to speak.
The service is extremely friendly, and the prices are reasonable.
So, unless you're starving, this is definitely the place for you.

First time at this restaurant with my boyfriend and I have to say it was an excellent experience!! From the appetizers to the dessert, everything was amazing and delicious!! The waiters provided excellent explanations of each course served to us at the table, and were also very kind in asking if we had any intolerances or allergies. The location is truly romantic and elegant. We will definitely be back!!

I can't say enough about this restaurant. Absolute perfection from the moment they greeted me outside. I had basic dishes but they were done meticulously. I could not finish my plate but I would have loved to. I've been in Parma for a month and regret not finding it sooner. Don't miss this hidden gem.
