Forchetta exceeded all our expectations. The menu is varied yet concise; the wine list offers everything that complements the dishes. The food was excellent, and the service was very attentive. The restaurant is located in a quiet alley near the cathedral, and the terrace is very cozy, covered, and separated from the street. The prices are reasonable. We had a wonderful Italian evening. Forchetta is highly recommended.

A fantastic culinary experience to try in Parma. We were very pleased with the quality and service. The wait wasn't even that long. The price is fair for the quality of the food. I absolutely recommend it.

We ate well, but honestly, nothing that left a lasting impression on me: given the prices, I would definitely have expected more. The service was quite good, but the white wine was almost room temperature.
...we stopped by chance for a late coffee... excellent service for a simple coffee... but it's not just any coffee... the quality selection and the attention paid by the barista/cook/manager were greatly appreciated... so if you're not hungry and just want to stop for a coffee, it's worth it... I don't know the cuisine, but next time we won't forget. Best wishes and thanks again for the hospitality.

What an experience. The starter (seppia), main course (filetto angus), and dessert (nocciola) were all a true surprise and delicious. The recommended glass of white and the small bottle of red wine were also excellent.
Very professional and friendly service.
