24/11/2025: They should freshen up the place. The furniture is starting to look old. Worn out. Everything else is fine. The prices are also fair. To the fateful question, "Would you go back?", the answer is undoubtedly YES every time I can.

07/12/2025: Excellent location, above the Saba parking lot in Piazza San Giovanni, near the Basilica of San Francesco. Breakfast was also good. The room, however, was so-so. Despite being on the third floor, it had two windows overlooking the wall, so it was dark and cold. There was also no wifi or cell phone reception.
05/12/2025: I want to express my gratitude for a very delicious lunch. Walking around the city, we found a restaurant at the hotel. We ordered pasta, beef in sweet and sour sauce, local red wine and creme brulee for dessert. All the dishes were a great pleasure. I highly recommend the creme brulee for dessert. Thank you to the hosts for their hospitality. Cozy, tasty, fast.

18/03/2025: la pizza costa poco e non è male e per questo sono sempre andata molte volte, studio a perugia da qualche anno e molti di noi vanno lì a prendere qualcosa essendo stra centrale e ad un prezzo economico, il problema è la signora che sta al bancone…mi ha insultata senza nessun motivo, guardandomi e dicendo che è per i giovani come me che il mondo sta andando in malora(?) premessa: ho semplicemente dei piercing al naso, stessa cosa è successa ad altri miei amici, insultati e addirittura chiusi fuori nel balconcino senza nessun motivo. boh, mi dispiace ma ci sono rimasta davvero male anche perché gli altri ragazzi che lavorano lì sono in gamba.

Rapporto qualità prezzo super onesto.

24/11/2025: I went today with a colleague from Bologna specifically for the crescia, recommended by my son, who had been several times before. It was my first time. I'm in a wheelchair, and I want to say it's accessible, with a clean disabled bathroom and plenty of space between tables. The service was prompt, extremely friendly, and despite the line outside, they were quick and very helpful. The crescia speaks for itself...I ordered three pieces to take home to my parents for dinner!! Excellent products and a great value. Highly recommended!!
17/11/2025: very kind and helpful everyone was very good but in particular jassin, Muslin we went back two days in a row it's a shame we have to leave I highly recommend it

26/10/2025: The burger was good, with homemade bread, and the pita was good too. The torta al testo was thin and also good. The usual frozen fried foods, but the rest was just a little slow (but there were 12 of us), and the waitress was probably new and inexperienced.

24/07/2025: Just stopped by for a vacation.
I ordered pizza with fries for my son, and the fries were still raw.
The cooking wasn't finished properly.
The price I paid for the pizza by the slice was higher than what was advertised inside.
I have nothing else to add.

27/10/2025: Beautiful villa surrounded by greenery, small but well-equipped spa! It's actually thermal water, not your typical heated pool, which is definitely a big plus. Super friendly staff, clean rooms. Excellent dinner! Reasonable prices.
21/10/2025: The villa is in a wonderful location, away from the noise of the main roads, excellent staff, the cuisine is the best in Umbertide, the waitress is very kind, friendly, cordial and adorable

09/12/2025: We suffered from the cold, we couldn't even take a shower in the bathroom, the breakfast was terrible, everything was pre-packaged, even the juices from the supermarket and there was nothing local, a farmhouse should serve something from the area.
09/11/2025: Strategic location. Near Assisi, the agriturismo is surrounded by greenery. The rooms are tastefully furnished. Very relaxing, set back but not too far from the main road, so there's no noise. The breakfast was plentiful, and Claudia was very kind and welcoming. We'll definitely return in the summer to try the pool and the trail through the grounds. Recommended.
