13/02/2026: I took some chestnuts... the result? They were hard, they were obviously not fresh.

25/04/2026: A restaurant just outside the historic center of Cascia, located in a beautiful hotel. Traditional cuisine with a contemporary twist, featuring locally sourced ingredients to create delicious dishes that respect tradition. The excellent wine list showcases the rich local tradition alongside top national labels. The desserts are delicious, although the portions are a bit on the small side.

17/12/2025: Nice place, but terrible service and food... We weren't told what wine it was, nor were we shown the bottle. We weren't asked how cooked the meat was. We were served 2 cuts of steak. 2 side dishes, "sautéed vegetables with chili pepper," were 2 plates of broccoli. No comment. There are many other places in Cascia where the food is much better... look elsewhere.

06/04/2026: One star because I can't give zero....We arrived at 1:00 PM, ordered a spritz, a non-alcoholic drink, and two torta al testo with mortadella and pecorino cheese. Drinks arrived at 1:29 PM, no food at all. From 1:40 PM onward, we were constantly asked for and asked for things that weren't ours, then apologies for the delay, until we were told at 2:40 PM that they couldn't bring us what we ordered due to "technical problems." Other tables, like us, also... The problems aren't technical, but of another nature... NEVER AGAIN!!

01/05/2026: Avoid this restaurant, the prices are high for the quality of the food. If you pay with a POS you don't get a discount, but if you pay with cash you get a discount. In 2026 we're still at these levels. Naturally, you don't get a receipt.

18/02/2026: It looked so nice, offering simple, tasty food. Imagine the complete opposite, with the addition of a relatively exorbitant price tag, including fake barbecue!

13/06/2026: A disgrace, the prices and service are awful. The food is a rip-off; the portions are pathetic, and they don't even bother to provide a normal glass, they give you a plastic one like it's a birthday party. You're better off looking for other places because this one is a disgrace.

13/06/2026: This place doesn't live up to its high prices. The tablecloth is just kitchen paper, the cups are plastic, and the food is awful. It's all hype. It's a terrible restaurant. To top it all off, the waitress treats you with an air of superiority and rudeness.

01/06/2026: Strategic location and friendly, helpful staff, but the coffee and croissant were forgettable. They even charged us 60 cents a glass for water. Never happened before.

27/03/2026: While visiting Foligno, I've seen this place several times, which is popular with locals and students. I went there for breakfast, but the experience was mediocre. The staff was cold and busy, and there was no greeting upon arrival or departure. The savory and stuffed focaccias didn't look very fresh, and the slice of mortadella that was visible had a dry crust. I then opted for dessert and had a maritozzo, which itself wasn't bad. Unfortunately, there was a large piece of aluminum foil (perhaps a baking pan) in the dough. The tables were covered in crumbs and no one cleaned them. On the plus side, the bill was very fair and affordable, and the place is beautiful. I won't be mean and will give it 2 stars instead of 1.

14/03/2026: We stopped for breakfast, a truly charming and well-kept place. We had some pastries and two cappuccinos, spending about six euros in total. Highly recommended!

28/01/2026: Location: Just steps from Piazza della Repubblica, it's housed in a quiet and welcoming building. It features a lounge with a bar, a smaller room with a few tables, access to the kitchen, and a window with a beautiful view of the historic buildings. Menu: There's a wide selection of appetizers, first courses, and second courses, featuring local dishes and handmade pasta. Dishes: Everything was delicious, with generous appetizers including bread, torta al testo, and other delicacies, and generous portions of first courses with truly delicious and flavorful flavors. Staff: We had a great time; they were always helpful and friendly, and we even had a chat after lunch. Prices: In line with other restaurants in the area, and considering the pleasant stay, the staff and food quality were truly excellent!

04/01/2026: We entered the place just to order and more than 10 minutes passed, not even a good morning, they served customers who arrived after us, the cost of 1 coffee, 1 cappuccino and 1 empty brioche was above average, in conclusion the town is wonderful but the welcome less so.

11/10/2025: Restaurant right on the lake with breathtaking views. Excellent food at reasonable prices, even pizza for lunch. The only downside is that the place needs some renovation.

21/09/2025: A well-maintained restaurant with a terrace overlooking the lake. A new chef with fantastic ideas, including fusion sushi with perch and cod. The tagliolini with perch and mint are excellent.

19/11/2025: The staff is more rude and unfriendly than I've ever seen! I've never met people more annoyed about having to do their job. Don't order the fries with cheddar and bacon because they'll be able to see the seasoning from afar. I'd also like to tell the manager with the long, curly hair who yells at colleagues and customers that he needs to calm down, because if he's going to treat people like that, he doesn't even work there! I'll never go back to this dump again.

27/01/2026: Unfortunately, the experience didn't live up to expectations. Both the Nutella and pistachio croissants had very little filling, just a small amount in the center. It's a shame, because with a little more attention to the filling, they would certainly have been much more enjoyable.

07/05/2026: Having worked in this type of business myself, I always try to avoid giving harsh reviews because I know what it's like to run a business and how stressful it can be to work in the restaurant industry. That's precisely why I always tend to be understanding of the employees and overlook them when I'm having a bad day. That said, this time the experience was truly negative. We entered with a polite hello and were practically ignored, with an attitude that almost made it seem like we were there eating. Even during service, the welcome was cold and unprofessional. When it came to the bill, we discovered that one of the menus on the tablet wasn't up to date, so we ended up paying more than expected at the last minute. This is a situation that should be checked beforehand, out of fairness to customers. As for the food, my sandwich had two slices of very thin, flavorless meat, truly disappointing for the price paid. In total, €25 was spent without quality, without attention, and without even a final greeting. I completely understand how tiring this job is, but a minimum of politeness and willingness to work should never be lacking. If you work with the public reluctantly, unfortunately, the client will notice immediately.

04/04/2026: The place was not very pleasant. there was a lot of noise. The washroom was very dirty and unacceptable. Although the food was average.

15/12/2025: Today I went to the Primo Amore ice cream shop in Collestrada. We had a yogurt and an ice cream, they were very good, but it was a shame that the counter assistant was very unhelpful and rude (almost rude, I would say).

29/11/2025: Fast service and really good ice cream. I always stop for a cone when I go to the mall...try it!!
