01/05/2026: Avoid this restaurant, the prices are high for the quality of the food. If you pay with a POS you don't get a discount, but if you pay with cash you get a discount. In 2026 we're still at these levels. Naturally, you don't get a receipt.
18/02/2026: It looked so nice, offering simple, tasty food.
Imagine the complete opposite, with the addition of a relatively exorbitant price tag, including fake barbecue!

15/12/2025: Today I went to the Primo Amore ice cream shop in Collestrada. We had a yogurt and an ice cream, they were very good, but it was a shame that the counter assistant was very unhelpful and rude (almost rude, I would say).
29/11/2025: Fast service and really good ice cream. I always stop for a cone when I go to the mall...try it!!

06/06/2026: The drive-thru service in Perigia S. Sisto has been shameful for a while now. Tonight, with only three cars in line, they didn't put my complete order in the bag. A McChicken was missing, and although they apologized later on the phone, I would have spent more on gas than on the lost order. They often leave out sauces. They change the drinks. The orders aren't complete. Shameful.
30/05/2026: Terrible in every way. Tables near the cars waiting for the McDrive, rude and surly staff, endless waits, and inaccurate orders.

The rooms could be aesthetically improved, but they still offer all the comforts.
Kudos to the breakfast... amazing!
12/12/2025: The village where it's located is beautiful; especially during the Christmas season, it's intimate and beautifully decorated, with various events for adults and children. The only drawback is the rooms: cold, poorly maintained, and perpetually damp due to insufficient and poorly managed heating (a split unit that helps during the day is turned off from 9 pm to 10 am 😒).

28/05/2026: I went for lunch today with a friend, and our two children had a great time. They brought the kids' dishes right away, compared to where you go to eat sushi these days.
The dishes are still plentiful (I hope that doesn't change). I didn't find the salmon smelly like it was advertised, or spoiled; in fact, it was fresh and good. The waitress was nice; if you don't like Andre, you rightly don't go there (not everyone likes sushi).

02/01/2026: Ordered 2 pizzas for home delivery. Arrived cold and practically tasted like rubber. Thrown away. Destination close and easy to find yet the guy had trouble finding us. The person who took the order over the phone misspelled the name, surname, and address. Never again.
30/12/2025: Very rude staff, sour and undercooked tomato, rubbery and leavening pizza in the stomach... AVOID!!!

07/03/2026: Great experience. For aperitif, the owner offered us a delicious truffle-based dish to sample!
Amazing, accompanied by a selection of delicious crostini and a platter of cold cuts. Everything was delicious! The price was affordable for everyone. I also thank the owner for the beautiful mini apartment near the center. All in all, an unforgettable stay in Gubbio. We'll be back soon. Fabri and Family

13/06/2026: This place doesn't live up to its high prices. The tablecloth is just kitchen paper, the cups are plastic, and the food is awful. It's all hype. It's a terrible restaurant. To top it all off, the waitress treats you with an air of superiority and rudeness.
13/06/2026: A disgrace, the prices and service are awful. The food is a rip-off; the portions are pathetic, and they don't even bother to provide a normal glass, they give you a plastic one like it's a birthday party. You're better off looking for other places because this one is a disgrace.

27/03/2026: While visiting Foligno, I've seen this place several times, which is popular with locals and students. I went there for breakfast, but the experience was mediocre. The staff was cold and busy, and there was no greeting upon arrival or departure. The savory and stuffed focaccias didn't look very fresh, and the slice of mortadella that was visible had a dry crust. I then opted for dessert and had a maritozzo, which itself wasn't bad. Unfortunately, there was a large piece of aluminum foil (perhaps a baking pan) in the dough.
The tables were covered in crumbs and no one cleaned them. On the plus side, the bill was very fair and affordable, and the place is beautiful. I won't be mean and will give it 2 stars instead of 1.
14/03/2026: We stopped for breakfast, a truly charming and well-kept place. We had some pastries and two cappuccinos, spending about six euros in total. Highly recommended!

19/07/2026: Unfortunately, I had a problem with my Thermomix. It opened before it had finished turning, and as a result, the lever that keeps it closed broke.
I came here to fix it. They said they fixed it, but the Thermomix won't close, saying we need to hold it a little longer and see. We're talking about December 2025, and now it's July.
With the excuse that the problem was the blades, they also made me replace those for €90. And despite this, it still wouldn't start. Then they came out with the idea that the problem was with the motor, and at that point I decided to take it home after I was fed up. I went to get the Thermomix back, took it to Perugia, there's another Thermomix center, and after less than a week they gave me the Thermomix back for €50. The kids started up again without any problems, and they even calibrated the scales for free.
15/07/2026: Online order for a replacement part for a Nespresso machine. Ordered on May 14, confirmed on May 25. Still hasn't arrived after almost two months. No response to emails, no way to contact them to find out what's happening. A terrifying experience.
Given the response, it's worth noting that there were NO replies to the emails requesting an update. Your last email was dated May 22, and the order confirmation was dated May 25, then there was absolute silence. I sent you emails requesting an update on June 12, June 16, and contacted you last week via chatbot. Everything is documented. The rating stands, and after the response I received, I would even remove the one star.

06/04/2026: I always enjoy stopping at this bar, which offers both indoor and outdoor seating. The staff are friendly and courteous, and the prices are reasonable. I had lunch, including drinks, with a pizza al testo for just €10. Highly recommended!
