17/07/2026: A lovely little bear and felateria right on Lake Trasimeno. Beautiful view, delicious drinks and panini at a fair price. The ice cream is also great. The team is friendly, but a bit understaffed. Bring patience and enjoy the view.

15/12/2025: Today I went to the Primo Amore ice cream shop in Collestrada. We had a yogurt and an ice cream, they were very good, but it was a shame that the counter assistant was very unhelpful and rude (almost rude, I would say).

01/05/2026: Avoid this restaurant, the prices are high for the quality of the food. If you pay with a POS you don't get a discount, but if you pay with cash you get a discount. In 2026 we're still at these levels. Naturally, you don't get a receipt.

18/02/2026: It looked so nice, offering simple, tasty food. Imagine the complete opposite, with the addition of a relatively exorbitant price tag, including fake barbecue!

19/07/2026: We were craving Chinese food on the way to Assisi and found this place; the chef and owner are both from Southern China, and the dishes are truly authentic. We tried four different soups, they were ALL delicious—the tofu was silky smooth, the seasonal vegetables were sweet and fresh, and the hot noodle soup (a favorite with the kids) was wonderfully warming. The beef and chicken slices were flavorful, the vegetable fried rice was perfectly cooked with distinct grains, and the ingredients were fresh. Our "Chinese stomachs" were thoroughly satisfied! 👍The best part was the owner's incredible hospitality, we like this place very much. Wishing the owner booming business and great prosperity! 😍

28/05/2026: I went for lunch today with a friend, and our two children had a great time. They brought the kids' dishes right away, compared to where you go to eat sushi these days. The dishes are still plentiful (I hope that doesn't change). I didn't find the salmon smelly like it was advertised, or spoiled; in fact, it was fresh and good. The waitress was nice; if you don't like Andre, you rightly don't go there (not everyone likes sushi).

08/08/2026: Great place for a drink. Unpleasant staff when paying... didn't know what we ordered, made us repeat our order twice, and didn't take the time to write down what they served. Avoid at all costs!

12/07/2026: I stayed at this property during my son's sports camp. The property is clean, well-maintained, and surrounded by greenery and tranquility. The restaurant is excellent. The room is large and comfortable. The breakfast is plentiful and varied.

09/07/2026: Although we didn't stay at this property directly, it was our base for an overnight stay in an annex about a kilometer away. Kudos to the staff, always extremely kind, smiling, and professional. They gave us the opportunity to use the pool and welcomed us with great courtesy for breakfast in the morning. There's really nothing to complain about the service and helpfulness of the staff, impeccable even in their elegant suits and bow ties. Unfortunately, breakfast was a huge disappointment. From a property of this caliber, one would expect a much richer and higher-quality selection. The savory selection was virtually nonexistent, limited to low-quality cooked ham and fontina cheese. Even the desserts were rather mediocre, and the fact that coffee, cappuccino, and other hot drinks were dispensed from a vending machine contributed to a truly negative impression. It's a shame, because the professionalism of the staff deserves a breakfast worthy of the property.

03/05/2026: The property is located in a beautiful medieval village overlooking Lake Trasimeno. The rooms could be aesthetically improved, but they still offer all the comforts. Kudos to the breakfast... amazing!

12/12/2025: The village where it's located is beautiful; especially during the Christmas season, it's intimate and beautifully decorated, with various events for adults and children. The only drawback is the rooms: cold, poorly maintained, and perpetually damp due to insufficient and poorly managed heating (a split unit that helps during the day is turned off from 9 pm to 10 am 😒).

06/06/2026: Coffee for €1.70, a bathroom forgotten by the gods as well as the owners, and service that feels like you're not paying for.

02/01/2026: Ordered 2 pizzas for home delivery. Arrived cold and practically tasted like rubber. Thrown away. Destination close and easy to find yet the guy had trouble finding us. The person who took the order over the phone misspelled the name, surname, and address. Never again.

30/12/2025: Very rude staff, sour and undercooked tomato, rubbery and leavening pizza in the stomach... AVOID!!!

01/06/2026: Strategic location and friendly, helpful staff, but the coffee and croissant were forgettable. They even charged us 60 cents a glass for water. Never happened before.

13/06/2026: This place doesn't live up to its high prices. The tablecloth is just kitchen paper, the cups are plastic, and the food is awful. It's all hype. It's a terrible restaurant. To top it all off, the waitress treats you with an air of superiority and rudeness.

13/06/2026: A disgrace, the prices and service are awful. The food is a rip-off; the portions are pathetic, and they don't even bother to provide a normal glass, they give you a plastic one like it's a birthday party. You're better off looking for other places because this one is a disgrace.
