18/10/2025: After ordering at 8:25 and being told we'd have to wait about 20 minutes, at 9:00 we tried to hassle the counter attendant, who tried to argue, saying the wait wasn't 20 minutes, but 40, in a very rude manner and with a snort.
Poor service, as I'd already heard, and at 9:15 PM, by the way.
(We received our pizzas after 50 minutes.)
Luckily we weren't in a hurry.
15/09/2025: I wouldn't get pizza from them even if they were the last people on planet Earth to make it; I'd rather eat a stone. They only make pizza, and it's shocking how in all these years they still haven't learned, not to mention the fact that I still don't understand how they season it. Every time I go, my car is covered in at least half a liter of oil and/or other condiments (the only place this happens to me). Better yet, stay fasting.

08/06/2025: Ieri mattina sono stata con una mia amica a dare colazione alla sede vicino al Pian di Massiano a Perugia. Avevo chiesto un cappuccino senza lattosio e un caffè lungo. Dopo un attesa di circa 20 minuti al banco bar, mi viene passato solo il caffè. Visto che il cappuccino non arrivava e il caffè si raffredava, ho chiesto se era possibile avere anche il cappuccino. Il ragazzo che faceva i caffè ha detto che non è un obbligo andare a fare colazione lì.... Per di più, alcuni giorni prima ero stata sempre per fare colazione lì e, purtroppo per sbaglio, una cameriera ha fatto cadere un vassoio con delle tazzine e piattini di caffè, rompendoli. Purtroppo può capitare e la ragazza ha chiesto scusa però lo stesso ragazzo che fa i caffè ha cominciato a urlarli addosso, davanti a tutti i clienti, che gli avrebbe trattenuto dallo stipendio il costo dei piattini e delle tazzine rotte.
I prodotti sono ottimi però il personale, soprattutto il ragazzo che fa i caffè la mattina, è maleducato e sgarbato....
20/05/2025: Frequento Menchetti da alcuni mesi: principalmente per la colazione, ma sono passata anche per l'aperitivo qualche volta.
Finalmente ho capito perchè ci sia sempre così tanta gente: i prodotti da forno sono molto buoni; in particolare i cornetti, i maritozzi e la pizza alla pala. Il caffè e il cappuccino sono fatti bene, meno i drink.
Prezzi medi: una colazione "classica" viene sui 3 euro.
Il vero neo di questo locale è lo staff: spesso poco disponibile e scostante, è un peccato perchè i prodotti meritano tanto.
Ampio parcheggio disponibile, ma dato l'enorme afflusso di clienti si fatica a trovare un posto.

I just read someone else's review :) I had the same experience...putting your feet up on the plastic chair (w62;) is forbidden, what a joke in a "beach canteen"...but putting a snack bowl with a used, sticky espresso spoon down is okay...exactly my kind of humor 😆 oh well: you can spend €5 on a beer better elsewhere ;)
17/06/2025: Instead of telling guests they're not welcome, the manager invents reasons like "card playing is prohibited." Likewise, feet aren't allowed on the plastic chairs in her beach bar! They provided her with written proof that card playing is allowed in Piedmont. Then she could only speak Italian and ran away.

03/10/2025: Terrible experience among friends.... Total disorganization!!!! The dishes arrive in bulk... some eat first, and some don't eat at all!!! Multiple courses forgotten!!! It's a shame it's not possible to give zero stars!! The food, according to those who ate, was barely passable... I'd better keep quiet!!!

After your response, I'm forced to reply.
I'm not shy at all, and rest assured, "I'm asserting myself." I'll add that, being very polite, I usually don't reply because I hope others are as polite, but in this case, I'm forced to do so after your response because:
1. We didn't order the set menu, but à la carte. Evidently, your memory is as flawed as the restaurant, and in answering, you confused the other diners.
2. A vegetarian appetizer, which I also asked for a generous portion, I might add, should have logically arrived with the tomato bruschetta, but it never arrived. Despite repeatedly asking a waiter, he simply shrugged without even going to the kitchen to ask.
3. We ordered 7 steaks, which, I can understand the difference in cooking time between rare and medium (I'm not a chef, but I'd say 1.5 minutes), arrived in 3 different batches, a good 10 minutes apart, and ONE NEVER ARRIVED BUT WAS INCLUDED WHEN WE BID THE BILL. WE DEMANDED IT BE DEVALUED, and I'm here to tell you it was done (after a dispute).
4. Of the 10 waiters listed, we only saw 2, and they were uninterested... very indifferent to our requests and prompts about the missing dishes.
If you'd like, I'd add that you can find and read other reviews of the dinner in question that other diners have left on TripAdvisor... so you can respond to those too.

You see, another answer of yours that's still a bit off! First of all, I didn't say high prices, but "it's better to keep quiet about the price," because when you're charged for something you didn't eat, and you've even repeatedly requested it, I don't think it's about paying attention to the customer and resolving any issues that may arise, but rather treating customers, especially those "in passing," as a source of income. I'd add that, fortunately, I can afford to eat at your restaurant and at a better one than yours! Again, your response wasn't very polite, and for someone who deals with the public, that's definitely not a good attitude. I'm glad you don't have time to respond to all the comments (except mine, apparently) if that means you're considering how to improve. In all of this, I don't think I even read between the lines a single "sorry for the mix-up."

21/07/2025: Nice atmosphere. Delicious food. Terrible service. Uninterested staff. It was Monday... But the surrounding restaurants were all full, and I was the only one there. There must be a reason. It takes love in catering.

27/09/2025: Terrible service. The pizzas are small and seem frozen. Plus, when we ordered takeout, they didn't notify us that two pizzas were missing from our order. They show no interest in the customer. I strongly advise against it. If we could give negative stars, they wouldn't be enough. 🤮🤢🤡

11/09/2025: Today I was passing through Torri di Quartesolo on a bike ride, and around 1 p.m. I stopped into this bar for a bite to eat. I asked the manager if they did salads, and his sarcastic response was, "We do deli food here. If you want a salad, you can eat it at home." I simply replied, "Thank you," and left. At that hour, there was only one customer eating, but given the manager's rudeness, I thought that was already too many.
31/08/2025: I don't usually write reviews. For a bar, it's incredibly expensive. I think the owner is on another planet. Be careful.
