The staff wasn't very polite; it was a busy day, and the waiter couldn't keep up with everyone, and they were reluctant to answer questions. We had to wait a long time. The food wasn't bad, as is everywhere in Umbria.

28/01/2026: Location: Just steps from Piazza della Repubblica, it's housed in a quiet and welcoming building. It features a lounge with a bar, a smaller room with a few tables, access to the kitchen, and a window with a beautiful view of the historic buildings. Menu: There's a wide selection of appetizers, first courses, and second courses, featuring local dishes and handmade pasta. Dishes: Everything was delicious, with generous appetizers including bread, torta al testo, and other delicacies, and generous portions of first courses with truly delicious and flavorful flavors. Staff: We had a great time; they were always helpful and friendly, and we even had a chat after lunch. Prices: In line with other restaurants in the area, and considering the pleasant stay, the staff and food quality were truly excellent!
