Fantastic location on a hilltop with breathtaking views. A generous and authentic breakfast, clean and beautiful rooms. The pool overlooks Assisi and the countryside. The grounds are well-maintained with flowers everywhere; for those who enjoy hiking, there are dedicated trails within the farmhouse. For those who want to enjoy the peace and quiet and the sounds of birdsong, there are relaxation areas. A real treat... they're preparing a sauna and whirlpool for July 2026.

Rented an apartment for a few days, found dust on the floors and furniture. The furnishings and shower were cheap, not up to the asking price. The location was scenic, with well-maintained grounds.

We had dinner last night, a charming place with professional hospitality. For appetizers, we had a platter of wild cured meats and a cannoli with goat cheese and honey drops, and potato chips that were nothing short of fantastic. For the first course, homemade tagliatelle with hand-cut Chianina beef ragù, sublime. And to finish, their tiramisu with homemade ladyfingers, beyond words. They had to win the 4 restaurants competition. Well done, well done, well done.
