Nice and welcoming, excellent food. I highly recommend the gnocchi with gorgonzola and truffle... truly delicious. The owner is very kind. We'll be back to try other specialties. ☺️

I was really pleasantly surprised because I wasn't planning on going to a game restaurant at first, but I ended up absolutely loving it. The atmosphere, the natural surroundings, and the new flavors—I can confirm that it's definitely worth the trip. The food is excellent for a very reasonable price. The service is superb. And I think it deserves more than 5 stars. Well done!

22/08/2025: I was in Spoleto about 4 years ago and as a souvenir I decided to buy some local cured meats so, on the advice of friends, I went to Norcino... even after some time I have not forgotten the goodness, the quality and the aroma of those products so this time too before leaving I stocked up on these delicacies... obviously when I return it will be an obligatory stop again... you absolutely must go there

Special thanks to Graziano, who has an extraordinary ability to convey the values ​​and respect for the land. Carlo and Susanna.
08/03/2026: The rooms are in a farmhouse style, basic but with beautiful views. The spa, although not open in high season, could be better maintained, especially the outdoor areas. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is good.
