My partner and I came for a few relaxing days to celebrate our anniversary, and we had a wonderful time! The rooms were simple but comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. The staff was very friendly and kind. The spa is very well-maintained and quite comprehensive, truly excellent for relaxation! The breakfast was plentiful and varied, and of excellent quality. Another highlight is the restaurant, excellent quality and generous portions! Perhaps the prices were a little above average, but given the quality of the food and the portions, I was happy to pay them. The location was also excellent, close to the lake, perfect for excursions or walks, and not too far from Perugia. I highly recommend the property, I hope to return!

A well-kept and welcoming hotel, with warm and comfortable rooms. The bed was very comfortable and made the stay pleasant. Breakfast was one of the highlights: very good and carefully prepared by the housekeeper, although I would have liked a wider variety of fruit. Dinner was good, but in my opinion the price was a bit too high for what was offered. Overall, the hotel seems to be trying to be "daring" with its prices, despite remaining a simple establishment without any particularly luxurious amenities. Unfortunately, I was unable to use the spa due to a strong musty smell, an aspect that could definitely be improved. Overall, a pleasant stay, but the value for money could be improved.

My husband and I stayed at this truly relaxing place from December 2nd to 4th. The rooms were spotless and welcoming. The lady who performed our treatments was very, very good. Mr. Mel, with his warmth, thoughtfulness, and kindness, and Mrs. Mary, whose cuisine is spectacular, made the entire stay pleasant and enjoyable. Highly recommended!
