25/03/2025: Unfortunately the kitchen only serves lunch, no chance for dinner. (I hope they change this on the website, to inform the world) I still took 2 very good croissants (1.70€ each). The girl who serves is super kind, she also speaks English. There are women's/men's toilets inside, they really are not like in a clean pharmacy, a little dusty and outdated, but not dirty. Overall I recommend it, you can park your truck here, take a break. There is the possibility to get a snack, cigarettes, water, have a drink at the bar.

20/03/2025: The place has potential and the food isn't bad, but the experience was ruined by poor and unacceptable service. Although we had called beforehand to make sure it was possible to have lunch at 2pm, we were greeted coldly and with a surly attitude. The waiter immediately showed annoyance, responding in an annoyed manner to the request for the Wi-Fi password, which is necessary for work reasons as it doesn't have reception inside the restaurant. Furthermore, as soon as we finished the orecchiette, the waiter reminded us that the restaurant would be closing soon, without even asking if we would like anything else (dessert, coffee, bitter). Even at the time of the bill he ignored the request for two separate receipts (communicated before printing), reacting angrily when the error was pointed out to him. Having worked in the restaurant industry I understand the difficulties of the job, but such rude behavior towards customers is unacceptable. If even in front of polite people (never denied a "thank you" or a "please") and respectful of the work, the food and the place, the waiter has these attitudes, there is something to review. It's a shame because the food isn't bad and the service is fast, but with a welcome like that we definitely won't be back.

15/03/2025: A good compromise, I recommend it. Their cuisine is undoubtedly full of sincere passion. Perhaps we are slightly exaggerating on the price compared to the objective quality of the food but certainly not on the design of the dishes which on a theoretical level has nothing to envy of a 4 star. the staff are very pleasant.

19/02/2025: A pleasant restaurant. We ordered: 1. Black rice with shrimp and tuna; The tuna was overcooked. 2. Truffle fondue - excellent. 3. Meat tortellini - delicious. Monkey beer - fine beer. Overall a pleasant experience and the food was delicious.

This is despite the fact that it is also the restaurant of a hotel that is always very busy. You are immersed in a warm and relaxing atmosphere, the result of classic but not heavy furnishings. The dishes offered are however a dive into Umbrian culture. But not only that, because the new proposals on the menu are based on the gastronomic culture of central Italy, with a personal touch that doesn't hurt. Today I really appreciated the oxtail and the Roman artichokes, the bresaola was very original. Rich wine list with excellent labels offered at very honest prices. A little disappointed by the desserts, the semifreddo was not well defrosted and was hard. The service was good, the staff were helpful and discreet, even if this time the waiting time for the first course was a little too long. It's the first time it's happened to me. I think it was an internal problem. Account in line with the quality of the product
