Very kind and professional staff, welcoming owners, good raw materials although perhaps I was expecting something more intense in terms of local flavours. I tried the platter, the escarole and the artichoke. Tastefully renovated place, perhaps it lacks a little "warmth" overall.

Officina dei flavors, a magical, welcoming place suitable for those with a refined palate.
We stayed with my family and I must say that we made the more than right choice, they immediately served us exquisite delicacies both for the eyes and above all for the palate, kind staff and a very welcoming environment.

Un'esperienza unica, dopo aver provato diversi ristoranti "celebri" e deludenti, qui abbiamo avuto una vera illuminazione gastronomica. Non solo cibo, ma momenti irriproducibili di piacere totale. Il tutto con persone che si prendono cura di te in modo non solo ineccepibile, ma anche emozionale. Grazie, non diciamo altro.

Sala piena di ospiti e ben organizzata. Servizio e cortesia top. Molto celeri e disponibili ad accontentare il cliente. Cibo di altissima qualità con prezzi in linea con quanto offerto. Stupefacente l’insalata accompagnata da un pinzimonio al miele e pompelmo. Cucina a vista super organizzata e composta da personale giovane e svelto. Ottimo!
