PizzAgriUm In Perugia

Very nice pizza and kind staff! The pizza with black truffel (vegetarisch) was super delicious. We did take away buy you can also sit inside with airco! 👌

If you're from Perugia or passing through like me and want to eat a round (or pala) pizza to go (or in-store, but max. 10 people) with top-quality ingredients (e.g., they use real fiordilatte mozzarella and flour from wheat grown by the owners), this is the place to go. The place is located off the main roads, a bit outside the shopping area, but with ample parking. The owners are super kind, helpful (and that's not common), and Umbrian. Prices are below average. Oh, and it's easy to digest. Not too high, not too low. Just right! Definitely worth a try.

I ordered pizza for the first time this evening, a 4-cheese pizza with salami and a red pizza with parmesan, zucchini, and cooked ham. I was extremely satisfied. The dough is made with excellent quality ingredients, and thanks to the semolina flour, the pizza stays very flaky. Highly recommended, and it will definitely be my regular Sunday spot!
