Nel fantastico borgo di Corciano,si trova la Locanda San Michele. Un locale molto elegante,interni con volte in pietra , personale gentilissimo e, soprattutto,cibo eccezionale. Qualità dei piatti eccellente, cucinati in maniera sublime. Meritano una particolare menzione i bocconcini di capriolo con erba e crescia eugubina. Cosa incredibile,la velocità del servizio...in 40 minuti cena completata. CONSIGLIATISSIMO.

I couldn't find a fault with this place! Really very nice, delicious food and the girl who served us was super kind. I was struck by the lobster which still had the flavor of the sea, and by the generous portions, which is not always a given for this quality!

Tornati dopo una settimana in questo fantastico ristorante, specializzato nella cucina di mare, abbiamo provato le proposte della cucina di terra e devo dire che dargli 10 è veramente diminutivo, tutto era più che perfetto, bravissimi!

Cibo ottimo , piatti gustosi e ben presentati , servizio cordiale e buon rapporto qualità prezzo . Le cozze in guazzetto particolarissime , le alici presentate benissimo , abbiamo diviso dei gnocchi squisiti poi sia il filetto di ombrina e crema di pori e crostino polenta e il baccalà molto buoni ; fine pasto mousse frutti rossi e amarena con granelli pistacchio .

Una dolce scoperta, ci è stato consigliato da amici e ne siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi. Antipasti, primi, secondi, ottimi. Per non parlare dei dolci!!! Consigliatissimo il tiramisù della casa per gli appassionati e non! Un Tiramisù con la T maiuscola Servizio impeccabile, proprietari simpatici e alla mano. Torneremo presto!

06/04/2024: Wow - I have never been welcomed so warmly. The owner not only knows how to cook really well (simple but brilliant) but is incredibly warm and a real hostess. We were there too early and despite a turbulent day and although not everything was ready, she welcomed us with joy and total openness. Dogs are welcome :) The food was delicious! Even if the ambience wasn't to my taste - it doesn't matter!!!! THE ATMOSPHERE WAS RIGHT and THE FOOD was like HEAVEN ON EARTH! GRACY!!!!
30/03/2024: Cozy environment and good service, the terrace has a nice view. The menu offers a wide choice of starters, first and second courses, the wine list is full of good local wines. However, the food does not reflect the prices, the beef tartare is good but rather skimpy, the tiramisu has no flavour.

31/03/2024: Marcello and Rita are super, great hosts. It feels like having lunch at your grandparents' house, but instead we find ourselves right in the center of Spoleto, truly sublime. Historic place, everything is delicious from starters to desserts, authentic flavours, top-notch truffles. Discovered by chance we can't wait to return. There should be more places like theirs! Well done!!!
31/03/2024: Wonderful welcome, friendly and kind managers. Excellent food, we ate strengozzi with broad beans, bacon and pecorino and an excellent aubergine parmigiana. Price in line with quality. I highly recommend it.
