21/03/2026: A February dinner to introduce some "outside" friends to lake fish... even though I wasn't familiar with the place, I took the advice of some people who had already eaten there, and we didn't regret it!
We ate lake fish; fresh food, imaginatively prepared, and served with care and speed.
The service was truly courteous, discreet yet open to interaction upon request. It was very interesting to hear Guido explain the appetizers and the first course sauces, in particular.
A special mention goes to the tagliolini with perch, pine nuts, and lemon, and the spaghetti with lake ragù, SUPER.
The restaurant has a pleasant and distinctive style, very clean and well-kept.
The bill was absolutely within the norm for the dishes we consumed, even below average. Guido then offered us an excellent homemade amaro.
An experience definitely worth repeating, I plan to return in the spring!

My fiancée and I had dinner at this wonderful restaurant, which truly showcases lake fish with respect and great expertise.
We ordered a mixed lake fish appetizer, which was truly surprising: a journey through meticulous preparation, new flavors, and diverse textures.
The first courses were also excellent: the tagliolini with perch, pine nuts, and lemon was fresh and well-balanced, and the spaghetti with lake fish ragù was flavorful yet elegant. Finally, the grilled whitefish, prepared and cooked to perfection, showcased the quality of the ingredients to the fullest.
The prices are absolutely competitive for what they offer. A place where technique and respect for the catch truly make the difference.
Each dish showcases the fish, with balanced pairings that enhance texture and flavor. A place where you eat well, spend a fair amount, and leave wanting more.
