OLEVM was a truly pleasant discovery. Attentive and friendly service, a refined and relaxing atmosphere. The fillet steak in Sagrantino was excellent, but a special mention goes to the desserts: the blond chocolate plum cake is spectacular, absolutely worth trying. A place I would gladly return to.

Probably the best restaurant I've ever been to

Unfortunately, it was quite disappointing, especially compared to other restaurants. We ordered a steak "with truffles" rather than "truffle-flavored," and instead of fresh or preserved truffles, we received a sort of tasteless cream. The meat itself was excellent, but lacked any truffle flavor, which, at that price, seems decidedly overpriced. Although we mentioned this to the staff, no explanation was provided.

Great restaurant. Pasta with truffle was incredible. Eggs with truffle also. And the wild pee soup was absolutely great. Friendly service. Nice room. Great experience.

We had a great time: it was a weekday evening, so it was quiet and quite intimate, and we enjoyed our dinner without rushing. The young man who served us was very kind, stopping to chat between courses and making us feel at ease. We also really appreciated the fact that he let us take away what we didn't finish, including the wine. Overall, a positive experience.

A cozy little restaurant in the center of Montefalco. We had mozzarella with honey and walnuts as an appetizer. For our first course, we tried gnocchetti with Sagrantino wine and tortelli with parmesan and pears. To finish, we had roasted artichokes and baked potatoes. Everything was delicious. The man who served us was friendly and knowledgeable about local wines.

Booked on the recommendation of friends. The place is small and truly welcoming, intimate, and warm! All the dishes we ordered were truly delicious; the Angus steak was truly excellent, as were the rest of the dishes. I wanted to photograph them all, but hunger outweighed my photographic inspiration. The staff is very kind and professional, thank you! Highly recommended.

I had the pleasure of eating at this restaurant with my boyfriend, and I can only leave a glowing review! From the first moment, you can sense the quality and selection of each product. Every ingredient is excellent, from the choice of cured meats (the prosciutto is incredible) to their olive oil! One gesture I really appreciated was the welcome appetizer so he could try it! A lovely idea that demonstrates pride, transparency, and a desire to share the quality that sets them apart. The price is very fair for the thought and quality behind each dish! I would have left a five-star review regardless of the impeccable culinary experience, but I want to add a personal note: unfortunately, I fell (through my own carelessness), and the entire staff was incredibly kind and attentive. They immediately helped me with great care, making sure I was okay and demonstrating a humanity that goes beyond simple table service. I recommend everyone to go!!

We can only recommend it. If you like traditional dishes, well-cooked with quality ingredients, there's something for everyone. We recommend the Chianina steak tartare!
