09/08/2025: Came here for lunch after visiting the waterfall, it was busy but not heaving. Ordered pizzas as that’s all the kitchen were able to serve as it was apparently so busy, two came and then we had to prompt them for the last one as they’d messed up the order. Servers were polite and fixed the mistake. Pizzas were pretty good. Convenient location

Abbiamo preso un antipasto della casa, canederli burro e salvia, tagliatelle all’uovo fatte in casa con ragù di selvaggina, il tutto accompagnato da un ottimo vino locale. 24/08/2025: A guarantee. I've been frequenting this bistro-restaurant for a few years now, and it's always been a positive discovery. The bistro offers cocktails made with refined ingredients, carefully blended in proportion and balance, beautiful to look at and perfect in taste. Relaxing music, as I call it, "from another era," is the perfect background for conversation without getting bored. The view speaks for itself, the backdrop to a magnificent place, meticulously maintained down to the smallest details. Innovative dishes with refined and authentic ingredients, expertly prepared, make the dishes memorable. You won't find the same menu year-round, which is a positive, especially because every time you dine, you can enjoy a memorable dinner. And without forgetting the kindness, punctuality, courtesy, and sheer positive energy of Silvana and her entire staff, I can only say that it's always a guarantee.

23/08/2025: We had lunch here and were truly satisfied! We ordered three tagliata, two scialatielli, and three grilled vegetables: tender and flavorful meat, fresh and well-seasoned pasta, and flavorful and beautifully grilled vegetables. To finish, a delicious dessert. The service was quick and courteous, and the atmosphere was pleasant. A truly successful lunch, we'll definitely be back!

21/08/2025: We had lunch here after a medical appointment at Arco Hospital and before returning to work. It's certainly a unique place, but it's also well-run and serves customers quickly. The dishes are excellent, tasty, and organic. The pizza, vegetable couscous, Greek salad, and even the lentils are excellent. Reasonable prices. We'll definitely return.

16/08/2025: Always great for a lunch break. Excellent vegan selection, among other vegetarian options. Prices are a bit high, but the quality is very high. On Saturday evenings, they also have pizza night, which is truly worth it.

12/08/2025: My mom and I had a great time. I would have liked to try all their dishes, but since I can't, I'll have to return several times, and I'll be very happy to do so. Highly recommended.

10/08/2025: Returning from vacation, we were looking for a place to have lunch and break up the long journey home. We were pleased to find a very welcoming place that met both our needs. The cuisine was very good, with refined touches, combined with the friendliness of the owners. A good value.

04/08/2025: Luogo tranquillo, completamente fuori dalla confusione, a pochi passi dal lago, musica di sottofondo. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Piatti sostanziosi, prezzi in linea con la media del posto quindi non propriamente economici, ma con una portata unica spesa affrontabile. Consigliati i bigoli con le sarde in saor.

15/07/2025: Angenenmer Aussenbereich, freundloches Personal. Doch die Küche kann nicht mithalten: „Catch of the day“ ist miserabel, trocken bis zur Unkenntlichkeit gegrillt, bestelltes Gemüse kommt nicht, selbst die Lasagne ist misslungen und viel zu trocken und verbrannt. Leider ungeniessbar.

28/07/2025: Excellent food - I highly recommend the fantastic fish soup - the signature meal of the restaurant. Ask for a place outside on the opposite side of the restaurant- a beautiful place

19/08/2025: I pulled my truck into the parking lot next to a business about a hundred meters from the restaurant. It was my first time there, and I had a great time. The food was fabulous, and the owner/waiter was friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend it.

23/08/2025: Beautiful chalet as is the location....but, pappardelle with duck and blueberries NUMBERED: 5 I won't say anything else....apart from plagiarism to Lorenza, very good!!!

21/08/2025: Located in Val Canali, with magnificent views of the Dolomites. Large and welcoming structure. Excellent outdoor space, both for dining and relaxing on the loungers.

05/08/2025: Excellent experience, beautiful cabin, friendly and helpful staff, something that hasn't been taken for granted lately. The food was of the highest quality, worthy of a gourmet restaurant! Highly recommended! I'd say the price was adequate for the quality.

29/07/2025: I chose this restaurant to celebrate my birthday and made sure to contact them in advance to reserve a table, mentioning the special occasion. Unfortunately, our experience was far from pleasant. Despite my prior reservation and request, we were seated at a second-row table with no view, while the nicer tables by the window remained empty. Because when those tables eventually freed up, we politely asked to move but were harshly refused—no explanation given, just “no” and that’s all. The staff seemed completely uninterested in making our celebration enjoyable. Their attitude was rude, their expressions unfriendly, and the overall atmosphere, unfortunately, was anything but welcoming. To make matters worse, the food didn’t meet expectations either. The roe deer dish was dry, bland and underwhelming—I wouldn’t recommend ordering it. What was supposed to be a joyful celebration turned into a frustrating and upsetting experience. We left feeling deeply disappointed and wouldn’t return or recommend this place to others.

20/07/2025: Abbiamo cenato in questo ristorante convenzionato col nostro hotel, qualche sera fa ordinando un piatto di canederli e uno di gulash . I 2 canederli erano completamente insipidi e privi di ingredienti tanto che per rimediare abbiamo chiesto del formaggio grana per insaporirlo con esito scarso … il gulash era talmente speziato che in gola risultava pungente troppo pungente. Siamo scappati a gambe elevate dopo aver pagato 38 € con due calici di vino. Pessima esperienza

14/07/2025: Mi sono recato in questo locale assieme alla mia famiglia durante la nostra vacanza a Folgaria. Il ristorante sorge in una traversa in discesa del corso principale ed offre i tipici piatti della tradizione trentina. Nella bella stagione consiglio di mangiare all'aperto, nella bella veranda che affaccia direttamente sulla strada. Tra i primi consiglio vivamente gli ottimi Strangolapreti con Formaggi Fusi, davvero gustosi. Tra i secondi molto buono lo Spezzatino di Cervo in salmi' con Polenta, molto meno invece il Piatto Trentino, composto da Polenta, Goulash di Manzo, Funghi e Canederlo, trovato di meglio in altri posti. Ci rifacciamo decisamente con i dolci, tra cui spiccano sia la crostata che l'ottimo Strudel. Da bere consigliato il Cabernet o il Prosecco della casa a seconda dei gusti. Personale gentile e disponibile, prezzi nella media del posto.

22/08/2025: A fabulous pastry shop. We stopped for a snack and it was a wonderful discovery. The decor is reminiscent of a neighborhood bar, but the pastries are fabulous and the prices are truly exceptional.

04/08/2025: We were lucky and came across this beautiful place. We slept in a camper van and were able to connect to electricity and use water. We didn't go for dinner until nine, but they still gave us a choice of a large selection of pizzas and we had a drink. The next day we went for a walk around the area and had a delicious lunch. Amazing service, everyone was very nice. The main person who took care of us was a great person, Italo Czech Alex, so it was nice to talk to someone who knows Czech. He also speaks English very well. Toilets and showers clean. Possibility to use the pool, sauna and jacuzzi for a fee. We would be happy to visit again on our next trip to Italy 😊
