An indescribable experience. A place that gives you the chance to travel. We ordered appetizers, a first course, and a second course, along with half a liter of wine and water. I'm not vegan and was hesitant. I discovered that vegan cuisine, when cooked with love, can be a truly alternative to traditional cuisine. The appetizers included a variety of sauces of various flavors and a unique bread reminiscent of carasau, yet soft. Pasta with a warm and inviting sauce. Eggplant with a hint of cumin that delights the palate. The desserts were extraordinary. I had one with a truly delicate apple cream. But the incredible thing was the coffee. I even admitted I wasn't ordering it so as not to ruin a wonderful lunch with ordinary coffee. The owner brought us a cup of coffee that perfectly complemented the flavor I'd had from dinner. An experience worth repeating. It doesn't matter that the place calls itself vegan. It's simply a place where you eat very well.
