More than amazing location with genuine personal attention and service

We visited this agriturismo more out of curiosity than knowledge. The property is beautiful, with a view that was worth the trip. Even though we hadn't booked, the owner seated us and, after serving us a truly excellent local wine, offered us a delicious redcurrant and cheese risotto. It was a wonderful evening, one we'll remember and return to.

This farmhouse above Caldonazzo is reached by a dirt road about 2 km long through the woods. The view from the window overlooking the village is beautiful. The restaurant is run by a young couple and offers a seasonal fixed menu dinner only on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. The menu changes monthly and costs €38 per person. The dishes, as well as the service, are meticulously prepared and always delicious. The menu is predominantly vegetarian, although they occasionally include fish. Highly recommended. If you'd like to try it, I recommend booking well in advance.

A beautiful restaurant with a panoramic view, attentive and courteous service, and the passion behind every course shines through. The food is delicious and locally sourced. I particularly enjoyed the nettle tortelli. I highly recommend this place.

We only stated for dinner and it was a culinary treat. The menu, based almost only in local fresh ingredients, changes on a monthly base and it is never obvious nor commonplace. Both the entree - honeydew melon, cucumber and cranberry in a sweet sauce of apple and celery - as well as the blueberry risotto and the light fried zucchini with pesto and burrata were inventive dishes, carefully blending different flavors for a great result. We’ll be back for the next menu !
