We only stated for dinner and it was a culinary treat. The menu, based almost only in local fresh ingredients, changes on a monthly base and it is never obvious nor commonplace. Both the entree - honeydew melon, cucumber and cranberry in a sweet sauce of apple and celery - as well as the blueberry risotto and the light fried zucchini with pesto and burrata were inventive dishes, carefully blending different flavors for a great result. We’ll be back for the next menu !

Both the service and the location are impeccable. The owners are delightful people who naturally master the art of hospitality. I recommend making a reservation for the restaurant when you book your room, as it gets very popular and you might not be able to find a table if you don't book ahead. We'll definitely be back!

I've been coming here for dinner for a couple of years now, and I'm always pleasantly surprised.
Carefully prepared dishes, high-quality ingredients, and a keen attention to seasonality: the menu changes monthly and emphasizes local produce. I really appreciate their vegetarian options.
The atmosphere is relaxing and welcoming, and the service is always prompt and friendly. Paolo and Alice's passion is evident in every detail.
The only downside: the road to get there isn't the most convenient, but once you arrive, you find yourself surrounded by greenery, with a view that makes the experience even more enjoyable!

I've been there for dinner and both times we were truly satisfied: unusual, carefully prepared dishes, made with seasonal vegetables; excellent wines, and all in a truly enchanting atmosphere. Highly recommended! (But book early!)

I didn't think it was true. A treat for us, the ones who are always rushing around. Every now and then you need to stop and recharge, and this is one of the few places where that's possible. The food is refined, the rooms are amazing. Paolo has a hospitality that only a few can match. These are qualities. Well done guys.
