30/12/2025: The incredible thing about these pizzas is how light they are...I've never eaten two pizzas in the same evening, because after the first one I didn't feel full at all (and the pizzas are standard sizes anyway). There are also several gluten-free options. The selection of their own beers is excellent, and other diners also commented on their excellent selection.

29/12/2025: I went to this pizzeria this evening with my boyfriend and we tried two pizzas made with homemade dough. We were truly impressed by the dough: incredibly light, easy to digest, and enriched with sesame seeds, chia seeds, and other grains that make it unique and different from the norm. The ingredients are excellent, using local flour. We found the dough not very flavorful, so I recommend choosing bolder, more flavorful toppings to bring out the best in it. The staff is friendly and courteous, and the prices are absolutely reasonable for the quality offered. We didn't order beer because we're teetotalers, but it's worth noting that they produce their own at their own brewery, which is a significant added value. Overall, a great experience that we recommend!

17/02/2026: We booked a one-night stay here for two over the weekend, without breakfast. The property seemed clean and welcoming, especially with its modern and tidy feel. The room was spacious and had everything we needed for the price. The staff was friendly, and we appreciated the invitation to download the regional tourist card, which provides free public transportation and discounts on places to visit.

14/03/2026: A wonderful discovery in the heart of Val di Sole. A warm, welcoming atmosphere and cuisine using locally sourced ingredients, blending tradition and innovation. The food is delicious, with rich flavors and carefully prepared dishes. The bread is excellent—or rather, homemade. We want to return soon!

You can choose a tasting menu for €50 or order à la carte with a minimum of two courses. Very competitive prices for the quality. The welcoming space, decorated in wood and stone, is tastefully furnished. Highly recommended.

01/03/2026: A welcoming and charming place, it offers typical Trentino dishes, but with some ups and downs. My wife had an off-menu soup with toasted bread and enjoyed it, while I, unfortunately, ordered a tagliata with mushrooms. The tagliata was very small (a shame) and tough, and the mushrooms seemed freshly defrosted, watery, and flavorless. The burger and potato dishes were definitely more filling. Next time we're in Folgaria, we'll go for pizza.

I'm writing this review to further compliment the owner and all the staff at this hotel, whose kindness, attentiveness, and warm welcome made our vacation special. I especially enjoyed everything, but the various types of bread baked by them and the freshly made carrot, celery, and apple juice. Thank you for everything, and we can't wait to return.

07/01/2026: It's worth noting that Luserna, a quaint and isolated mountain village, boasts a remarkable dining scene, with at least four noteworthy establishments, including Ferdy. This historic restaurant has been tastefully renovated and is professionally managed. The young chef offers traditional Trentino dishes, many of which have been expertly reinterpreted. Friendly service and moderate prices.

27/02/2026: One of the best pizzas I've ever had. The dough is light and soft on the inside, with perfect leavening that makes the pizza highly digestible. They use the freshest ingredients: intensely flavorful tomatoes and consistently high-quality toppings. Every bite is balanced and rich in flavor.

30/12/2025: We had lunch with a selection of homemade tortei and other dishes. Everything was delicious, and the service was excellent. The price was fair, even compared to other restaurants that offer "bought" potato tortes, not homemade ones.

06/02/2026: You can here have the best local typical food "tortel di patate" that is a special hash brown. You can have it with local salami and prosciutto and other like local cheese, that really you have not to miss all of them but don't forget that you can simply have it with a little jar of local berry jam. Enjoy what you can not find other than in those places.

We also went for lunch; both the char and the beef tagliata were excellent, with a side of grilled vegetables and baked potatoes included in the price of the main course. The desserts are exquisite and homemade, and even the gelato is homemade. We had the amaretti semifreddo and the vanilla gelato with warm raspberries, both excellent. The prices are incredible for the quality of the food. Friendly staff. Fast service. Highly recommended.
