10/07/2026: One of the best restaurants I've ever tried in Madonna di Campiglio and the surrounding area. Starting with the view at Palù delle Fava, you'll find a magnificent view of the Dolomites, ample free parking, and a wooden restaurant, warm and inviting like only a mountain hut can be. All this is helped by the welcoming, fast, and professional staff who put you at ease. They also offer an excellent wine list and a wonderful menu, featuring local and, above all, non-touristy ingredients and dishes, which immerse you in the area and its surrounding mountains, crafted with professionalism, ensuring a truly wonderful experience. We've been there several times. Highly recommended! Favorite dish: Mushroom, leek, and potato soup.

12/04/2026: Exceptional stay. One of the best spas we have ever been to. Nestled in the side of a scenic valley with rolling mist; beautiful from the panoramic breakfast restaurant. Fine dining was memorable, regionally specific, and delivered on the wine pairing. Rooms designed with style and comfort in mind and the lounge area, the heart of the hotel, was cosy, modern, and grand. Service from staff surpassed expectation, attentive throughout; thoughtful enough to leave the car full charged and stocked with mineral water for our onward journey. Je suis going back.

The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the meals are truly outstanding—of a high gastronomic level with excellent wines. What really stands out is the personal attention and genuine care from Paola & Andrea, who are always ready to help. The hotel enjoys a central location in the village, close to the ski slopes, shops, ... underground parking right in front of the hotel. A perfect place for families, couples, and guests of all ages looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay with a personal touch.

05/07/2026: Went to this place last night, ate and drank excellently, the staff was super professional and friendly. What can I say? We'll be back. For diners... a tip: take a good look at the menu and wines... we're in Madonna di Campiglio. Prices are in line with other places, or even a little less. It all depends on what you're looking for; everything is subjective.

29/03/2026: Just come back from this wondeful place. The most amazing views from the bedrooms windows and all the common areas. We had half board and the food was amazing. Four course dinner and great choices for breakfast. We were there in the last opening week of the hotel but from the service all round you would not have been able to tell. The hotel offer a shuttle service which pick you up and drops you to whereever you need to go around the place, whether for skiing or anything else. Super fast and efficient you just call and they are there within minutes. In general all the staff from the restaurant, reception to the spa are super nice and accomodating. Family run with a personal touch. Will definitly come again!

04/03/2026: We've been going to the Hermitgae as a family for many years and it's one of my favourite hotels. Why? It's family run, big enough to have everything you need including a not huge, but swimmable decent indoor pool and spa, but small enough to be personal. The location is in a quiet wooded spot just outside Madonna with stunning views. Rooms are good and service excellent and there is a friendly minibus to take you into town or the lifts always available Most people go half board - the breakfast is excellent with delicious fresh breads, home baked patisserie, hams, salamis and mountain cheeses along woth perfectly cooked eggs to order, pancakes etc, yoghurts, fresh juices - only complaint is they could do with a decent museli, but you can order properly made porrage - and the coffee, top, along with teas. The dinner this year was the best we have had, strating with a grilled veg and salad buffet with hams, smoked salmon and cold roast beef, then choices of pasta/soup course, brilliant main course and stunning desserts - they also do excellent home-made tea time pastries included Madonna itself is medium-sized, low built resort full of, 3 and 4* family run hotels with some very good cafes and shops - the slopes are varied, maybe not Val d'isere, but pretty good with some v demanding blacks and excellent independent-run ski restaurants. Efficient lifts and snow making means conditions are always good, even though it sometimes gets busy at peak as the area is popular now with Poles and Czechs - overall, magical place, very friendly, the Dolomites beat the Alps in my view and as long as you are not into glitzy 6* spiv hotels, Bio Hermitage is the best you can get!
