15/04/2026: The cuisine is the best among the surrounding mountain huts. I prefer the more isolated slopes to the very steep ones, and the location is perfect; you can eat on the rooftop in the sun while listening to a DJ. The fettuccine with venison is superb; the thyme is perfect, and it's cooked to perfection. The same goes for the ribs, delicious and incredibly tender. Never change the recipe. Finally, the price is among the lowest compared to the others, confirming its 5-star rating.

07/04/2026: Sunday lunch, two families with four children (aged 11 months to 7 years). We arrived around 11:30 a.m. on foot and approached the facility. Outside, there were two grills and tables set; if it hadn't been so windy, we might have been able to eat outside. We had, however, booked inside, a table for eight, white furs on the strange and unusual back-warming chairs... the menu was limited, which is understandable up to a point, because, yes, we're in a refuge, but it's easy to get there by car from the city, and given how the other guests at the restaurant were dressed, I'd say we were the only ones walking. Lunch was well-served; they started with a house appetizer and then continued with our order: the appetizer was impressive, with a small copper pot for polenta, the tagliatelle with game was excellent, and the egg main course was very unique and delicious. The others who were with us really enjoyed both the strangolapreti and the fish gnocchi. You could also choose a risotto and a beef ham. For dessert, you could choose between a classic strudel, a buckwheat cake, and a tiramisu. I can't comment on the prices, as we ordered two bottles of wine, which certainly increased the total. Overall, I'd give it a 7. Let's just say the hospitality was a bit lacking, but perhaps the guys are young and just need to get their bearings. Update August 2023: We returned to the refuge, this time by car, for dinner. We were looking for some cool air, and it was surprising how at such a low altitude (not even 600 meters above sea level) it could be a few degrees cooler and, above all, a pleasant cool breeze compared to the city. The menu has been expanded since my previous visit. Aperitif overlooking the city with bubbles from a well-known local winery. We tried a breaded cheese appetizer and continued with two main courses: a plate of ribs with potatoes and pork cheek with polenta. Fabulous! I'll post more photos... prices are perhaps a little higher than average. For those seeking a bit of cool, quiet, and a beautiful view, the Bindesi refuge is highly recommended!

25/01/2026: Incredible views of the Adige Valley and Trento, enhanced by the skyline of the Brenta Dolomites. The restaurant lives up to its origins as a refuge, combining hospitality, attentive service, and respect for the surrounding environment. Nature completely surrounds the structure, enhanced by multi-level terraces that allow guests to fully enjoy the view and the setting. The extremely courteous, attentive, and attentive staff guides guests through the menu and wine pairings. The highly interesting, never boring dishes showcase local products, expertly combining them. A large parking lot hidden behind the restaurant ensures accessibility to everyone. A must-try and highly recommended.

01/06/2026: Delightful atmosphere, friendly and impeccable service... I ordered a fillet steak with balsamic vinegar and it was truly delicious... exquisite. The wine list is also excellent...

25/05/2026: Eating Italian-style at 8:30 PM, a salad we’ve never had this way in Italy and a piece of grilled meat, delicious, followed by a dessert and wine – my day couldn't get any better! And Peach and Mango know that on vacation we also get a nice piece of meat, delicious Bruschetta and homemade dessert cookies from the kitchen – fantastic, staff top-notch! Highly recommended is this restaurant, Surfer’s Grill.

03/05/2026: What can I say about this place, let's say that in this context the food isn't bad... my Trentimburger wasn't bad, and the ribs were good too... while the beef tenderloin wasn't good, it was hard to chew, very rubbery and full of nerves... the prices are exaggerated also because 16.00 euros per burger I think is really excessive... like 5 euros for a sweet crème brûlé was really too little for a terracotta baking dish where there were probably 4 teaspoons of cream with sugar on top... what can I say, there's potential... there should also be more choice on the menu.

We felt welcome and perfectly cared for at all times. The rooms are modern, spotlessly clean, and furnished with great attention to detail. The entire hotel impresses with state-of-the-art technology, high comfort, and remarkably well-maintained condition. Great emphasis is placed on quality and well-being here. The breakfast also deserves special praise: an excellent selection, high-quality products, and a perfect start to the day. The numerous amenities and services leave nothing to be desired; in particular, we had the pleasure of trying a local drink, Tassoni with Prosecco, which was served by the pool. Many thanks for the wonderful time at Lake Garda. We would love to return and can wholeheartedly recommend Hotel MySeele.

06/06/2026: We had a wonderful holiday. The staff was always attentive and helpful. Our room was spacious and clean, and the entire hotel was very well-maintained. The excellent breakfast was particularly great, with a wide selection of sweet and savory dishes, fresh fruit, cakes, scrambled eggs, bacon, juices, and sparkling wine. One minor drawback for some guests might be the approximately ten-minute walk to the village. The return trip to the hotel, with its steps, is also a bit strenuous. However, this didn't bother us. A few suggestions for improvement: Dried fruit would be a nice addition to the sauna area, as there were only apples and tea available. Also, the television could be removed during breakfast. Overall, a highly recommended hotel.

The bar is located in the heart of the beautiful old town, which immediately enchants you with its medieval charm. What makes it special: The "0km concept" is truly embraced here. Only products from the immediate region are offered, and the quality is evident! Our experience: Food & Drink: We had excellent, freshly made panini, accompanied by a cold local beer and a very fine regional wine. Everything tasted incredibly authentic. Atmosphere: If you're looking for a genuine taste of local culture and cuisine away from the crowds, this is the place for you. An absolute insider tip for anyone who values ​​regionality and a cozy, historic ambiance. We'll definitely be back!
