10/09/2025: First things first: The best seafood in and around Caldonazzo!!! In addition to really good pizzas, Rivera also offers fantastic seafood like mussels, etc. The service is really friendly and fast. Special requests are also accommodated here. Great restaurant!!! We'd love to go back!

10/09/2025: A remarkable restaurant. It's certainly very "touristy" and geared toward foreign customers, but that doesn't mean it's not also suitable for a discerning Italian clientele, and that's precisely what's surprising. The menu is worthy of a postal market catalog... there's truly everything, complete with realistic photos of the various dishes, including fish, meat, pizzas, and all sorts of specialties, as well as excellent desserts. We ate there two nights in a row and tried various dishes. Let's just say the food is good, even though there's no absolute specialty; you can try a bit of everything. The pizzas are good, although perhaps not as good as the more renowned pizza-only pizzerias. But this isn't a pizzeria, but a much larger and more comprehensive restaurant. Service is lightning-fast: even though it's crowded, the organization leaves no room for hesitation or mistakes. Prices are reasonable.

21/09/2025: A quaint restaurant offering cuisine that's a little different from the usual, yet still maintains the traditional flavors. I had an excellent roast beef with bay leaf mayonnaise, grilled porcini mushrooms, and Trentin Grana Padano cheese. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, with a special mention for Francesca, the waiter, for her kindness and friendliness (since I'm not a big fan of cheese, she made me put it aside!). Recommended.

02/10/2025: The last dinner of the holiday couldn't have ended in anything other than a beautiful way... The brewery produces about thirty beers, and to avoid being rude, I ordered a tasting of ten. Each beer has its own unique flavor; they're served in order to enhance the taste of each beer. I chose a small appetizer platter for one person, to avoid overeating, since I wanted to try the Tomahawk. I wanted the small 900g piece, but since it was the last night the place was open, the waiter informed me that only the last piece, about 1,250g, was left. I thank fate that I didn't choose the 900g, because it was so good I could have eaten more! To conclude the dinner, I asked for the perfect combo: barrel-aged grappa and strudel. The place is wonderful, as is the staff. I will definitely be back to try other beers and other dishes!

26/09/2025: There is no picanha on the menu anymore! For a small tasting of 4 beers (100mL-ish) and a side of spatzel, I paid 37 euro. I wish they told you there's a cover charge and they also charge you for the water they offer you. They said the cover charge is for "napkins and the bread" but they didn't give us any bread or chips or anything. The whole menu seems overpriced, the steak was was 80 euro for the minimim size.

30/09/2025: The atmosphere is simple, clean, and well-maintained. The food wasn't to my taste: the platter of cured meats and cheeses was average, except for the lardo, which was very good. The gnocchi were generous, but flavorless. The drinks were much better: the Hugo Spritz was well-made, and the non-alcoholic beer was good. The quality-price ratio was above average for the area. The service was a plus.

10/10/2025: We found this restaurant on the way back from our trip to Italy two years ago and returned this time. We had a wonderful evening thanks to Alessandro and his attentive and truly excellent service. Thank you so much for the lovely evening and make us very happy! And the excellent food also deserves a special mention, which it is top-notch in both taste and appearance! We were all thrilled, especially me, because I've had by far the best salami picante pizza I've ever had! Highly recommended.

27/09/2025: The food was very good and generous. The room was very nice and modern, no much space but comfortable. The views were amazing (room and terrace). The only downside was that the mattress and pillows were very hard for our liking. They were very welcome of our dog, who was also allowed everywhere in the hut.

01/09/2025: We went to this quiet place for dinner. Truly generous and tasty portions. We ordered a mixed cutting board, two first courses, a second course to share (goulash with polenta was truly delicious and flavorful), and a house dessert. The value for money is excellent, and there's a family atmosphere. The location is a bit out of the center, but it's definitely worth a stop.

05/10/2025: A welcoming restaurant with a varied selection of traditional and non-traditional dishes. We visited on a consecutive Friday and Saturday evening, and we loved it so much, sampling both the food and the pizza. Reservations are recommended given the busy schedule.
