12/06/2026: A delightful little place, with a beautiful courtyard where you can dine under a pergola. The food is very good and plentiful, though it's a shame about the waiters: they're professional and fast, but a smile would have been appreciated. The same goes for the owner.

13/06/2026: This restaurant was recommended to us by one of the hotel concierges and we ended up eating there 3 times during our stay in Rovereto. The atmosphere is very cosy sitting upstairs by the bar where there were many locals eating. Service was very attentive and the food is excellent. The gnocchi with nettle were outstanding... I don't think we have ever had such light fluffy gnocchi! We also loved the pasta with crumbled rabbit and pine nuts. The selection of large, tasty salads is really welcome when traveling in Italy. Also appreciated was the excellent wine list! The only disappointment was the bread which we found very dense with little flavor, not a typical airy Italian bread. Definitely a memorable place with outstanding food.

The only flaw was the desserts; I've tried several on various occasions, but I haven't found a good one yet. I'm not blaming anyone; maybe since they're typical, I'm just not used to them.

20/06/2026: I occasionally go to this restaurant for lunch. The interior is clean, tastelessly decorated, and could use a bit of a makeover. The menu is understandable. The waiters are helpful and knowledgeable. The Indian dishes are good but not extraordinary; they taste spicy; from an Indian restaurant, I'd expect more. The presentation of the dishes could use a little more attention. I recommend it for a quick and relatively inexpensive lunch.

06/06/2026: We dined at Il Doge restaurant in Rovereto and had a truly excellent experience. To begin, we sampled a savory speck strudel, original and delicious, followed by a generous platter of excellent cured meats and cheeses. Among the first courses, we were won over by the cacio e pepe risotto with shrimp tartare: a refined, well-balanced dish with a surprising flavor. The second courses were the real highlight of the evening: the roast duck was simply amazing, tender and flavorful, while the char accompanied by a delicious vegetable ratatouille was cooked to perfection. The pork shank was also excellent, tender and rich in flavor. Finally, the desserts are definitely worth a try: the perfect finale to a high-quality dinner. Friendly service, a pleasant atmosphere, and attention to detail in the cuisine. A restaurant we recommend without hesitation and will definitely return to!

02/06/2026: A quaint trattoria with period furnishings reflecting local tradition, a trattoria of yesteryear (decor, wall lights, cool in the summer because it's located in a historic building) with a warm welcome and a wonderful selection of homemade dishes such as canederli, carne salada and beans, Storo polenta, and much more. Prices are affordable and everything is reasonable. Helpful and welcoming staff, home-cooked food with delicious dishes. First courses are €12-13, meat main courses are €18-20, and homemade desserts are €5. We'll definitely be back!

I found a good selection of wines and traditional dishes, but if I really had to recommend something: ABSOLUTELY THE MALLOREDDUS. I left satisfied; I was really happy to find this place.

29/05/2026: I went to order two pizzas. I felt really sorry for a guy who was new there (it was noticeable), but the treatment from the girls in the restaurant was really rude, they responded rudely to her, to say the least. Then, when I spoke to a girl on the phone to order the pizzas, she misunderstood the name (this is to point out that the guy isn't the only one who gets it wrong). I arrived to get the pizzas, the name obviously pronounced in an Eastern dialect! Pronounced "carissa," please at least ask how it's pronounced.

02/06/2026: Terrible pizza. The dough is sticky and silicone-like. Even heating it on the griddle doesn't make the dough stick. The toppings, ingredients, and fillings are very cheap. Went there because it's one of the few open on Sundays. A place suitable for group pizza parties because the atmosphere is like a cafeteria.
