09/08/2026: Highly recommended! Everything was delicious, especially the homemade desserts, which were exceptional. The ladies in the dining room were super friendly, and the service was really fast.

07/08/2026: An immersive experience in local culinary tradition that's definitely worth it in a restaurant where friendliness is the order of the day... we came twice in a row and were enchanted by the exquisite flavors of the traditional dishes and the extremely kind and friendly staff... I recommend the canederli and strangolapreti, the truly superb pork cheek with polenta, tagliatelle with mushrooms, and the ravioli! The strudel is incredible! A must-see ☺️

09/05/2026: We were there today for our little Alice's baptism, a group of 20 people. We really had a wonderful time. Excellent service from a young but very professional man. 31/07/2026: This is a family-run restaurant, and you can tell as soon as you walk in. Although it's not huge, the tables are well-spaced, and there's room for everyone. The food is truly excellent; you can see and, more importantly, taste that it's prepared with great passion! If you're in the area, I recommend it. Just remember to book early!

02/06/2026: Definitely one of the best restaurants we visited during our entire vacation along the Via Francigena! Simply delicious, and you can tell the owner puts his heart and soul into it. Even the locals eat here, a huge testament to the quality. Wonderful food and a feeling of being right at home. 04/07/2026: We happened to be passing through Rovereto and stayed at Bar Christian. Truly authentic dishes, impeccable quality, top-notch meat, and polite, friendly, and professional service staff. The portions were generous. SEEING IS BELIEVING.

03/07/2026: Excellent choice. The food is delicious and plentiful. Unbeatable value for money. The tagliatelle with pesto, clams, and prawns was incredibly tasty and had plenty of clams and prawns. The coffee and homemade tiramisu were fantastic. I'll definitely be back.

26/07/2026: We were a group of 27 people, and we stopped for lunch. A very nice place in the city center, with very good local dishes, very fast service, friendly staff, and a helpful and charming owner. Thank you so much.

21/07/2026: Excellent cured meats, 40-minute wait for two starters. The staff was a bit rushed and rude (especially the head waiter): a ceramic dwarf accidentally fell off the table, and after apologizing, we received a rude response (in my opinion, the table should be attractive to the customer, but also comfortable and accessible to ensure a good meal). As for the appetizer: fresh and excellent cured meats, unlike the stale, hard, inedible bread. The first course was average, nothing to write home about. The lady at the cash register was super nice. The price was fair.

13/06/2026: This restaurant was recommended to us by one of the hotel concierges and we ended up eating there 3 times during our stay in Rovereto. The atmosphere is very cosy sitting upstairs by the bar where there were many locals eating. Service was very attentive and the food is excellent. The gnocchi with nettle were outstanding... I don't think we have ever had such light fluffy gnocchi! We also loved the pasta with crumbled rabbit and pine nuts. The selection of large, tasty salads is really welcome when traveling in Italy. Also appreciated was the excellent wine list! The only disappointment was the bread which we found very dense with little flavor, not a typical airy Italian bread. Definitely a memorable place with outstanding food.

09/06/2026: Simply superb osteria!!! Excellent dishes. Exceptional dumplings. Ditto the charcuterie and cheese platter. Excellent wine selection. Simply exquisite staff. Must try!

31/05/2026: Restaurant: We dined at the Maniero and we rate it very highly. The location is quaint and the atmosphere is refined: six of us had a private room reserved for us. The staff was truly friendly, kind, and attentive to our needs. With a small child, they took care to prepare everything we needed (high chair, cup, and spoon). The food was good and tasty, served with good wine. Highly recommended.

28/04/2026: A traditional restaurant, renovated with exposed vaulted ceilings. The main dining room and private rooms are both welcoming and original. The staff is friendly. Excellent pizzas, especially the basic dough. A refined restaurant.

09/08/2026: Very friendly staff, wait time... nonexistent. Better to reserve a table. Dogs are welcome.

07/08/2026: I fully understand that things have to move fast, but for the second time this holiday, we felt this was going too far. You can't really enjoy your food or the location anymore. The food itself wasn't like last year either. It has actually become a bit of a factory where everything has to be fast and cheap. We value the price-quality ratio; I suggest it become a bit more expensive so we can enjoy a nice, leisurely meal.
