01/04/2026: This was such a cute, cosy little place with incredible attention to detail when it came to the interior design. We ordered the bruschetta to start - which was really fresh and absolutely delicious - and then a pasta dish and the polenta with mushroom, which were both quite nice too. There was a problem with the card machine when we tried to pay but they managed to get it working again so we’re didn’t have to pay with cash.

14/04/2026: A culinary highlight in the heart of Riva del Garda – Osteria de l’Anzolim is a winner all around! The moment you step inside, you feel the special atmosphere of this restaurant. The evening began with an exceptional appetizer: the beef tartare was prepared fresh at your table with the utmost professionalism – a true experience, both in taste and presentation. For my main course, I enjoyed an excellent T-bone steak, cooked to perfection – a dream of a medium-rare, juicy, tender, and bursting with intense flavor. This was accompanied by a superb Amarone, which perfectly complemented the dish and elevated the overall dining experience to a new level. Dessert was equally impressive: a wonderfully creamy tiramisu paired with an excellent espresso – the perfect ending to a truly delightful evening. The first-class service deserves special mention: attentive, professional, and with genuine passion for gastronomy. Osteria de l’Anzolim is a place where quality, enjoyment and atmosphere harmonize perfectly – an absolute recommendation for anyone who wants to eat at the highest level in Riva del Garda!

07/04/2026: A wonderful discovery 🤩 It's become my favorite restaurant in Riva. A charming location with tables surrounded by sandstone rock and dishes crafted with perfect flavor combinations. We left full and very satisfied. The staff was extremely kind and professional! If you want to eat well and make a good impression, choose "La Berlera."

18/01/2026: This hotel is amazing, value for money, there's nothing to argue about! Sure, the prices are high, but the setting justifies it! I really enjoyed the spa, but I was a bit put off by the appearance of some guests in the Turkish bath and sauna area, where you have to be naked to avoid problems with your swimsuit, which is made of synthetic material and isn't good for your skin. I've seen some guests who, without a shred of modesty, stripped without a towel and without any sense of shame! I'm not a bigot, but seeing an older man, etc., with all this nonchalance, perhaps driven by an exhibitionist spirit, isn't a great sight! But regarding the hotel, the waiters were also fantastic. If I have the opportunity, I'll gladly return.

02/12/2025: EXCELLENT TASTING MENUS - EXCELLENT SERVICE ☺️ We tried a meat and a fish tasting menu, both excellent, but if we really had to give it an extra star, the fish one wins ☺️ The quality-price ratio is, in our opinion, very good and the portions are certainly satisfying. The service was also excellent, both in terms of welcome and table management. Special thanks to Mr. Claudio, truly professional and at the same time empathetic, able to put customers at ease and involve them in the culinary experience offered by the restaurant. The ambiance was our least satisfied; not knowing the restaurant when booking, we didn't express a preference and ended up in the first-floor room, which is completely different from the one on the ground floor. The first-floor room has dark colors and the lighting is too soft, which makes it difficult to appreciate the colors of the dishes. Even a small table lamp would have been enough and everything would have been improved (I don't understand why only the table next to ours had one), atmosphere, and lighting of the dishes. Good wine list 👍 Please note, the restaurant closes for seasonal rest from mid-October to December 😉

02/11/2025: We stumbled upon this little restaurant by chance, and it immediately inspired us from the outside. Upon entering, the atmosphere is welcoming, as is the service that follows. The cuisine is top-notch, surprising the palate with every bite. A very pleasant evening that we can't wait to repeat. 09/01/2026: This is the kind of place you want to go for a perfect night out. ❤️ The Osteria is historical and located within the original city walls of Riva del Garda. It's been recently restored to its original glory and is just beautiful with unique touches all around. My wife and I were greeted by the host with a warm smile and a friendly atmosphere, the food is local and wonderful, and the service is spot on for what you want for a romantic night out. Try to local wines, cheeses and meats, the slow roasted pork is AMAZING! This is what you hope for when you're looking for an amazing restaurant in Italy! 08/01/2026: WOW!!! This place deserves 100/10!!! We have been several times the last year since this place has been refurbished and WOW!! This place is stunning, If feels so cozy and elegant. The staff is attentive and soooo very sweet, they make you feel like family. The food was amazing and beyond what I was expecting. My favourites were toasted bread with patanegra lard, walnuts and honey, and the slow cooked pig tenderloin wrapped in speck. The wine selection was great and the staff were amazing at finding the perfect wine for us!

19/04/2026: We waited over an hour, and only after a couple of reminders did the appetizers arrive. Let's draw a veil over it, not even our appetite could make the dishes appetizing. We get to the second course, and the trout we ordered become a grilled one and a baked one... but the best part comes with the bill: magically, one of the two trout becomes a salmon... At this point, what more can I say? Sometimes fasting wouldn't be a bad idea...

19/04/2026: A restaurant right in the center, with prices in line with the area. I had the tagliatelle with duck ragù, the chicken and shrimp parcel, and the chocolate tart: everything was really good. The dishes were carefully prepared and flavorful, and you can tell the kitchen is working hard. Excellent service. The waiters were kind and prompt. The only thing keeping me from giving it 5 stars is the noise when the room is full: it's really excessive, to the point of making it difficult to speak without raising your voice. It's probably a combination of poorly managed acoustics (surfaces that bounce sound around) and too many tables close together. Sound-absorbing work would be needed, and, in my opinion, a reduction in the number of seats would be needed to improve the experience. It's a shame, because otherwise it's worth it.

12/04/2026: A lovely little restaurant with attentive and friendly staff. Our pizzas were delicious and a good size. My daughter described her spaghetti carbonara as "the best ever." Thank you, we'll gladly come back on our next vacation.

12/04/2026: A hidden gem and a restaurant that doesn't serve pizza! It specialises in pasta, fish and shellfish, all very reasonably-priced. The side-salad was huge, the house red wine was really good and we were offered complimentary limoncello at the end of the meal.

11/04/2026: A fantastic restaurant tucked away on a side street in the heart of Riva. The dishes are traditional and taste amazing. The service is really good. They don't have pizza, but that's no problem. Whenever we're in Riva, Alpino is a must. Highly recommended! Come by, eat, and enjoy!
