04/04/2026: Perfect as always. A wonderful welcome... after all, the team has been here for 20 years in a row. Efficient service and a Polish menu, although the Italian one is better in my opinion. The carbonara, which isn't on the menu, is heavenly, and the pizzas are well-balanced. Delicious wine, good beer. I recommend this place as a typical Italian, local restaurant and pizzeria.

06/04/2026: The atmosphere was very comfortable and the staff very welcoming from the photos in other reviews we were expecting a Neapolitan-style pizza, unfortunately instead the pizza was classic, however I must say that it was well seasoned and the ingredients were tasty 😋 recommended for an informal evening

09/04/2026: A loyal customer for years now! If there's one pizza I can honestly say is the best in Trento, it's undoubtedly here at Pizzeria Chef. Elvis, chef and pizza chef, carefully selects all the high-quality ingredients to ensure not only a visual experience but also a truly exquisite taste experience! He manages to satisfy all my culinary whims, creating pizzas specifically for me: like this one in the photo, which looks like a classic Prosciutto e Bufala, but is actually a superb pizza with Gorgonzola, sun-dried tomatoes, fresh buffalo mozzarella, and San Daniele Parma ham. All this is topped off with impeccable service and the smiles on the faces of the entire team, creating a magical atmosphere.

04/04/2026: Terrible experience!! The place was fairly clean, except for the very dirty bathroom. There were three of us, and we sat outside. We ordered three plates of buffalo mozzarella with prosciutto. Shortly afterward, the waitress told us there was no buffalo mozzarella, pretending nothing had happened, and instead gave us the same mozzarella they used to put on pizzas, which was dried out and inedible. The quality of the ham was the same as at a discount store, and the plate was accompanied by pizza crusts that tasted like nothing. A terrible experience, it's a tourist place. The waitress was rude and acted like nothing had happened; I'm speechless. We were all disappointed, but that's okay.

08/04/2026: I've been to Pizzeria Ristorante La Civetta twice with friends, and both times I've had a truly positive experience. The place is welcoming and pleasant, with a convivial atmosphere that makes it perfect for an evening with friends. The pizza is very good, well-made, and easy to digest, but the real highlight is the menu: varied, rich, and featuring typical local dishes that are definitely worth trying. The beverage selection is also excellent, with several options that pair well with the dishes. The value for money is truly excellent, considering both the quality of the food and the portions. One thing to keep in mind is that the place is often very crowded and doesn't accept reservations. However, the wait is made more pleasant by the option of enjoying an aperitif while waiting for a table, which helps start the evening off right. Overall, a place I recommend without hesitation and would gladly return to.
