13/04/2026: We ate divinely. Each dish was balanced in flavor and texture. We've already been back twice, always introducing new friends to this restaurant. It's a shame it's an hour away from where we live; otherwise, I'd return more often.
11/04/2026: We visited Maso Palù in Brentonico and were truly delighted. We chose the tasting menu, and it was the best choice: every dish was carefully prepared, balanced, and truly delicious.
Traditional Trentino cuisine revisited with a modern twist, using quality ingredients and sophisticated yet never overdone pairings. Attentive service and a welcoming atmosphere make it the perfect place to relax and enjoy the experience.
Excellent value for money.
Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back!

We arrived after the kitchen was closed and everyone was about to pack up and they still fired up the oven and made us pizzas! Super friendly staff.
On top of that the food was really good. The dough was perfect.
The atmosphere is also pretty nice, especially with a cute cat strolling around ;)
13/03/2026: First time good choice of dishes, we ate polenta and goulash and 2 beers and a strudel with ice cream and whipped cream, everything perfect, you can also enjoy pizza

06/03/2026: I have been frequenting this pizzeria for years, still very young, with friends. We used to go to the Pineta pizzeria, Tiziano's, and Rosà was the greatest pizza chef, she made delicious pizzas. I've grown up now, I'm 62 years old, I recently came back, I found Daniele with his wife and two children, but above all the kindness and the smile that remained. Going to eat again is a pizza that has brought back wonderful memories, go and try it, my favorite gourmet pizza, it's as good as all the others, enjoy your meal, thanks to Cecco.

18/01/2026: We called at 7:30 PM to ask if it was possible to eat and if there was room, they said yes and that no reservation was necessary. We arrived in literally 10 minutes and were told the kitchen was closed… I really am speechless.
04/01/2026: Family atmosphere and friendly staff, generous portions and fair prices. The pizza is also good.
