09/06/2025: Excellent cooked salted meat, side dishes and desserts. Homely atmosphere and beautiful place. We will definitely be back, also for the good quality/price ratio!

05/06/2025: Unfortunately, compared to numerous previous visits, the house specialty "carne salà" was not up to expectations, the raw one was flavorless and consequently the cooked one was also a bit burnt, too bad, I just hope I had a bad day.

13/05/2025: Non riesco a concepire le persone che scrivono recensioni negative a questa pasticceria. I proprietari sono super simpatici, efficienti, disponibili e amichevoli. La bravura e la capacità di Linda non è in discussione. Quando dobbiamo ordinare una torta veniamo sempre qua... battesimo, cresima, matrimonio. Andiamo matti per le torte a base pan di Spagna e crema chantilly, ma soprattutto per le millefoglie. Poi non dimentichiamo le paste, i baba, i cantucci, le girelle. Solo a scrivere mi viene la colina. Lo consiglio vivamente e, mentre aspettate, vi suggerisco di fare 2 chiacchiere con i proprietari davanti a un trento doc.

Some might be surprised by the smaller amount of toppings compared to what you get in other places, but in my opinion, a proper Italian pizza shouldn't be overloaded to the point where toppings fall off every slice. Here, everything is well-balanced and full of taste. The staff is very friendly – ​​both the waitress and the pizzaiolo. The place has a warm, homey atmosphere that makes you want to stay longer. Low prices like in Tonale, no queue to the table. Coperto 2 euros. Highly recommend the speck and solandra pizza – absolutely fantastic! Delicious pizza! True Italian – exactly as it should be. Thin, tasty dough (which is rare!), aromatic ingredients and no dry, thick edges. Some people may be surprised by the smaller number of toppings compared to pizza from Poland, but in my opinion, a good Italian pizza should not resemble a casserole where everything falls off in the first bite. Here, every ingredient has meaning and taste. Very nice service - both the waitress and the pizzaiolo - you can communicate in English. In addition, there is a homely, cozy atmosphere that makes you want to stay longer. Low prices for Tonale, no queues for a table. Coperto 2 euros. I recommend the speck pizza and solandra.

01/03/2025: Me gustó mucho la pizza Tonechipola, así como el Aglio e Olio Peperoncino y espaguetis. Pasé tres días seguidos disfrutando del ambiente de esta cafetería. El tiramisú era simplemente increíble!

07/05/2025: Bisogna avere un po' di pazienza nell'aspettare i piatti, ma ne vale veramente la pena. Anche il loro vino rosso sfuso è ottimo così come l'olio che producono. Pane buonissimo. Abbiamo mangiato divinamente e il prezzo era onesto. Appena riesco ci ritorno!!

23/04/2025: Small place but so much stuff! Polite, approachable and very friendly staff. Food 100!!! All really very good!!! The crostini with lard... The cold cuts... The carne salada... The beans... The giardiniera prepared with spectacular courgettes... The mini tortels!!! The dumplings were good but the barley, radicchio and teroldego were mouth-watering! Then cut, very soft ribs, wow braised meat and polenta! To finish, bread cake and panna cotta with strawberry jam... A unique satisfaction for the palate and the aromas 😍😍😍

17/06/2025: I stayed this weekend with a group of friends on the occasion of a football tournament. The location is reminiscent of the classic mountain huts immersed in the spectacular green landscape and silence, the rooms are comfortable and with spacious balconies overlooking the greenery, furnished in mountain house style. In 15 minutes you go down to the valley. We were welcomed in a kind, cordial, thoughtful and attentive way to any possible need and always available and very kind. Very good cuisine, the place also lends itself well to classic outdoor lunches in the beautiful garden in front of the hotel. If I found a small flaw I would recommend strengthening the internet connection and the mobile signal a little.
