The food was exceptional: refined without being pretentious, showcasing the incredible quality of the ingredients through beautifully simple dishes. Every plate was balanced, flavorful, and prepared with great care.
The service was impeccable from start to finish. A special thank you to the entire team for their kindness, attention to detail, and wonderful sense of humor. Their warmth and genuine hospitality made our lunch even more enjoyable.
Thank you all for such a fantastic experience. We would gladly return and highly recommend LINFA to anyone visiting San Gimignano!
01/08/2026: This is such a great restaurant with excellent courses and service. The option to have special vintage wines for pairing with the courses is amazing, you will get some of the best wines one can get and they lift up the quality of the courses and enhance enjoyment and taste so much. The sommelier and service are really good and we enjoyed our meal and wines so much more with their service. Went there last year, this year and will definitely return next year!

12/07/2026: The restaurant's terrace is in a sublime location, nestled among the vineyards with the church tower a little further away. The restaurant is highly recommended for the location alone.
We opted for the wine pairing menu. The food was delicious and the wines matched perfectly.
The staff is very friendly and takes the time to explain everything regarding your served menu with wine or cocktail.

06/08/2026: Tagliatelle with wild boar 🤤 I recommend it. Only the Aperol (non-alcoholic) is so-so... Italians probably don't know how to do it 🤷. In Poland, in addition to a whole lemon/orange slice, they also add some seasonal fruit, mint. Here, half a measly lemon slice and syrup and that's it, and it's small And so it is in every Italian restaurant 🤷

We spent a night immersed in nature, surrounded by simplicity and genuine hospitality, qualities that seem increasingly rare these days. Pietro, the owner, proved to be extremely helpful, kind, and capable of making his guests feel at ease.
It was truly a pleasant experience. We hope to see you again soon!
