23/09/2025: I arrived after eight hours of walking, with three more ahead of me. I had already finished my two liters of water. The refuge was about to close (in 10-15 minutes), there were no customers, and I asked if there was a fountain to refill water, but there wasn't one. I then asked if it was possible to fill it at the tap and that I would even pay for it, but no: it wasn't possible and the only solution was to buy a plastic bottle. A girl (a friend of theirs?) started laughing and, mocking me, convinced them to let me fill my water bottle because otherwise "I could die of dehydration." They filled it for me from the tap. Half.

07/04/2026: The food is delicious, both now and last year. Small drawbacks include a very long wait for gluten-free dishes, a meal delivered after everyone else had finished eating, and having to ask for a dessert. Overall, the overall impression was very positive. Live music. A pleasant dinner.

30/03/2026: Nice and designer restaurant, but the service was a bit arrogant and unpleasant. First I ordered a drink and chose food, I didn't have time to choose food within two minutes and I was immediately confronted that it was a restaurant, not a bar, while I was actively choosing, then I ordered food, which we automatically expected, but it was rude service.

06/07/2026: Sunday ride on my motorbike with friends!..... Usually we bikers stop along the road but in Predazzo for lunch we have to go into the centre where we found a little place out of our "lines!" We were welcomed with great professionalism! Dish of the day? Coda alla vaccinara! Exceptional!.... we will definitely return if we are in the area

03/07/2026: We were a little disappointed... We come to this place quite often with friends, both local and otherwise. We've always had good food, but this time we were disappointed, and I hope my review can help the manager of Primoteca and the staff not to take the details, food, and good service for granted. Let's start with my plate of porcini ravioli with tomato sauce and stracciatella. When I cut the ravioli because it was so large, it exploded, releasing so much water that it flooded my entire plate that I never ate it again. The worst part is that when the waitress took it away, I wasn't asked if there had been a problem or if I hadn't liked the dish. When it came time to get the bill, the gentleman at the cashier (manager?) asked us if everything was okay, and when we answered "fairly okay," he replied, "Can I offer you an amaro?" But again, the staff showed no interest in knowing why, nor any concern for the customer. We're so sorry, and I hope my review is constructive criticism, because I believe there's always room for improvement in life! Good luck!
