07/04/2026: Truly an excellent dinner, excellent dishes, carefully prepared and thoughtfully crafted, generous portions, and super friendly staff. If you like meat, it's a great place, as it's connected to the family butcher shop. The burger was delicious, one of the best I've ever had. The desserts were also very good. Super fair price.

27/03/2026: A nice, pleasant restaurant with good food and reasonably priced menu options. What really disappointed us, however, was the attitude of the staff. On the first day, we were rather bluntly turned away and told the restaurant was full. When we pointed out that there were around three empty tables without any reservation signs on them, we were told they were reserved. So the next day we came earlier, and the restaurant was almost completely empty except for one table. Once again, the staff insisted they were fully booked and that all the tables were reserved. After a bit of persuasion, they finally gave us a table. As the evening went on, the restaurant did fill up to some extent, but definitely not completely, and several tables remained empty the whole time. I do not know, it felt like a very strange strategy. Maybe they did not like the fact that we were foreigners. In general, we were disappointed by the staff’s attitude, which felt unfriendly, as if we were bothering them just by being there. That was a real shame.

15/03/2026: The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. We ordered a platter of cold cuts and cheeses, which was simply sublime.

09/04/2026: Beautiful farmhouse overlooking Predazzo. Very good food. Service a bit disappointing and haphazard. The appetizers were overpriced for the quantity served. Overall, good, but a few things need to be reworked.

23/09/2025: I arrived after eight hours of walking, with three more ahead of me. I had already finished my two liters of water. The refuge was about to close (in 10-15 minutes), there were no customers, and I asked if there was a fountain to refill water, but there wasn't one. I then asked if it was possible to fill it at the tap and that I would even pay for it, but no: it wasn't possible and the only solution was to buy a plastic bottle. A girl (a friend of theirs?) started laughing and, mocking me, convinced them to let me fill my water bottle because otherwise "I could die of dehydration." They filled it for me from the tap. Half.

20/03/2026: Great food, the best on Alpe Lusia. Great service, stunning views. If you're taking a break for lunch or a drink while skiing, this is the place to be.

06/03/2026: Poor food, gloomy atmosphere; you only want to sit outside when the sun is shining. Unfortunately, the service during food service is very rude. The interior is gloomy and not very clean. One of the worst restaurants in this resort.

11/02/2026: Great hotel, in the city center, excellent access to nearby ski resorts. We have been there several times during our vacation.

28/01/2026: The rooms on the third floor have been renovated, while those on the first floor haven't. Overall, they're clean and cozy. Breakfasts are repetitive: egg, peppers, cucumber, ham, and yellow cheese. The selection is small, but adequate. The coffee is delicious. Dinners are plentiful, delicious, and imaginative, but there are definitely too many dishes. I'll definitely be back.
