Pineta In Caldonazzo

I recently went to this restaurant with some friends for dinner and had a very positive experience. The location is truly beautiful and well-kept; they reserved a table for us outside, in a quiet and pleasant area, ideal for a relaxing evening. We ordered several pizzas and appreciated the choice of dough, including classic, whole-grain, and corn. We opted for the corn dough and were thrilled: light, tasty, and truly well-made. The ingredients are excellent quality, and the menu's combinations are original and well-balanced. Another strong point is the staff, who were kind, welcoming, and always available. My only complaint concerns the desserts: they are very good and beautifully presented, but the portions are a bit small for the price. Overall, a very pleasant experience that I definitely recommend.

Alessio is a dear friend, but that's precisely why I've never spared criticism. Today I ate a truly special pizza, unlike anything I've ever had here (his ears were bleeding from hearing so much that the pizzas were good, but not as good as other places). The qualified, down-to-earth people are super helpful, fantastic spaces, a stunning location, and incredibly delicious food. Good, reasonably priced, definitely worth a try!

Modern location and dishes revisited in an original way

Excellent pizza with truly unique flavor combinations. Pictured: pizza made with multigrain soy dough, topped with goat cheese, bacon, porcini mushrooms, peppermint, and honey. A very clean and well-maintained restaurant with beautiful floor-to-ceiling windows.

We had a positive experience yesterday at La Pineta. The atmosphere was welcoming and unique. We enjoyed an appetizer, first course, and dessert with a good glass of white wine. All this was recommended by the owner. The aromas and flavors were excellent. Quality ingredients and the price/quality ratio were excellent.

I must say the food is truly excellent. It's not everyday food, both in terms of price and sophistication, but it's all excellent. Impeccable service from the owner (I believe), friendly, thorough, but never inappropriate. From appetizers to dessert, everything is truly perfect and very fresh, with particular attention to detail. Excellent wine selection, a Lagrein unlike any other I've tasted before. It may seem trivial, but the music is also perfect, both in terms of genre and volume. Highly recommended, congratulations!

High-quality food, attention to detail, impeccable service, and a charming location. We also found a unique treat: at each table there was a game suitable for children (but also fun for adults), which we truly appreciated. Highly recommended!
