26/02/2024: Highly recommended! We appreciated the excellent products offered by them: balsamic vinegar, olive oil, wines, carne salada (the very delicate and grilled carpaccio) and also the fact that we ate without the presence of dogs (even if they were nice to us).
By chance we had the opportunity to exchange a few words with the owner, a nice, helpful person, a lover of that territory and the environment, who illustrated the various productions of the company to us and from whom we could sense passion for his work.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a wonderful view of the lake, excellent cuisine, punctual and accurate service, but above all I appreciated the courtesy and helpfulness of the owner and his collaborators. Super recommended!

04/12/2023: Splendida, Alessia! Dolcissima e accogliente già in fase di prenotazione telefonica. Visitiamo il rifugio per pranzo a seguito di un'escursione in zona. Locale davvero grazioso, pulito, ben organizzato. Plauso speciale appunto ad Alessia ed al suo staff. Tutti gentili e sorridenti. Alessia propone i piatti ed offre soluzioni che si adattano alle esigenze di tutta la compagnia. Dal bere al mangiare, dall'antipasto al dolce, tutto davvero eccellente! Un pranzo da ristorante per la freschezza degli ingredienti, per l'impiattamento attento, per il gusto ottimo! Dai salumi, ai formaggi, ai bigoli con le sarde, allo stinco, allo strudel e agli altri dolci...per non parlare del vin brûlé...squisito!
Siamo stati accolti affettuosamente e siamo stati benissimo. Inutile dire che desideriamo tornare appena sarà possibile per incontrare nuovamente Alessia e lo staff e godere di una splendida giornata in un luogo fatato. Grazie ancora! Consigliatissimo!!!

31/12/2023: Il luogo è incantevole dove rimanere indisturbati. L’unica osservazione, per alcuni piatti magari meno sale ( escludendo la carne salada). Capiti che scappa un po’ più del dovuto , meglio meno e lasciare piuttosto il sale in tavola . In due abbiamo speso 80€ a pancia piena
26/12/2023: Posto incantevole con vista sul Garda. Edificio in pietra. Personale gentile e atmosfera familiare. Piatto trentini preparati ad arte. Prezzi più che onesti. Ho festeggiato qui i miei 40. Un posto in cui sarà bello tornare appena possibile.

01/10/2023: Che dire tutto squisito personale accogliente lochescion mozza fiato tra le colline di fronte al lago di Garda lo consiglio per chi vuole gustare i piatti tipici del trentino prezzi più che giusti la cantina dei vini ben fornita

Wir waren, nach unseren letzten eher schlechteren Erfahrungen, sehr positiv überrascht. Weder überzogene Preise noch zu kleine Portionen. Wir hatten Bruscetta als Vorspeise und Spagetti Carbonara, Tortelini gefüllt mit Lachs und einmal Stockfisch mit Polenta. Fast alle Nudelgerichte werden in zwei Größen angeboten. Wir hatten die Spagetti in XL genommen. Durch die Vorspeise war dies ein Fehler. Die kleinere Variante hätte völlig gereicht.

Ristorante Terrazza da Carlotta

02/09/2023: Wij verbleven in het hotel dat zich aan dit restaurant bevindt dus moesten uiteraard het restaurant eens uitproberen. Dat is heel goed meegevallen! Het personeel is er allemaal heel vriendelijk en het eten heeft ons ook heel erg gesmaakt. Afgesloten met een lekkere limoncello, die trouwens ook daar te koop is.
