What can I say about this place, let's say that in this context the food isn't bad... my Trentimburger wasn't bad, and the ribs were good too... while the beef tenderloin wasn't good, it was hard to chew, very rubbery and full of nerves... the prices are exaggerated also because 16.00 euros per burger I think is really excessive... like 5 euros for a sweet crème brûlé was really too little for a terracotta baking dish where there were probably 4 teaspoons of cream with sugar on top... what can I say, there's potential... there should also be more choice on the menu.

Since it's an osteria, it's assumed that the prices aren't excessively high and that there's a good quantity of food. In this case, the prices were a bit high (a first course of paccheri with wild boar, €18, isn't cheap!)
The quality of the dish, however, was very good (although a bit too dry). The Angus steak with potatoes was average (though the portion wasn't generous). The ossobuco, on the other hand, wasn't good [served with yellow rice], and both were bland.
Prices are high. The atmosphere is nice (they've converted the bar area into a separate room).

Good morning, we had lunch at this typical osteria. The atmosphere was welcoming and the staff were friendly. The only flaw was the bland food. The goulash was more of a stew, with no paprika or salt. The mushrooms were watery and lacking in salt. Even the polenta tasted bland. I would recommend the chef try the dishes. Prices are reasonable.

We organized a business lunch with Itas. The carpacio with red onion and delicate aged ricotta was excellent. The Teroldego Amarante risotto with Casolet was truly stellar. Well done, Alberto, congratulations, a truly excellent dish! The meal ended happily with delicious desserts. Kudos also to the service, which was tidy and very professional. Our guests were very satisfied. Compliments to the entire staff.
