I went here for lunch with my girlfriend and it was a truly wonderful experience. The service was quick and efficient, and the food arrived quickly, allowing us to enjoy our meal without a long wait. The quality of the food was excellent. The venison steak in particular was truly delicious: tender, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. You could taste the quality of the ingredients and the care taken in preparing the dishes. The location is beautiful and welcoming, and the sun was shining that day, making the atmosphere even more pleasant and relaxing. It was truly the perfect place to stop for lunch and enjoy the moment. Overall, a more than positive experience: fast service, delicious food, and a truly pleasant atmosphere. We'll definitely be back!

Discovered by chance, Tana dell'ermellino is a true treasure in the woods. The setting is beautiful, refined but not overbearing, with excellent cuisine and professional service, along with the owner's exceptional courtesy. We'll be back often. Highly recommended.

A typical and welcoming place, with very friendly and fast staff. After a leisurely stroll through the woods, we arrived at this lovely spot. Excellent traditional Trentino cuisine. We ate very well. Prices are a bit high.
