19/12/2023: Ristorante scoperto grazie a The Fork, piacevole serata fra i gusti orientali, ma se servono anche piatti locali, compresa pizza nel forno a legna.
Personale gentile, locale accogliente, gusto buono, prezzi medio bassi... abbiamo cenato in due fino a saziarci spendendo 40 euro. Consigliato!

08/02/2024: Rustic restaurant just above Borgo Valsugana, on the road that leads to the village of Olle. I've been here twice and I have to say it's really worth it. The owner is a kind and polite person, he gave us food even though we were close to closing and spontaneously changed our table because we were cold. The food is homemade and with a spectacular flavor. I tried the polenta with meat twice and it was delicious. Ditto the tart as a dessert.
The price is honest: with two generous dishes, two salads, a beer, a water, a dessert, two coffees we reached 25 euros.
Definitely one of the best restaurants in the valley

01/03/2024: I was very late for an appointment, I stopped to get 2 croissants to take away. Unfortunately my debit card had problems making the payment but the staff was very kind and very tolerant. Thanks again for your trust.

24/03/2024: Very good ice cream or gelato, home made. Even the waffle for the cone is home made. It is open till 10pm (22.00) It is a pity they don't serve coffee, they should. These days with an automated machine it should not be an issue.
Anyway the main thing was the gelato and that was perfect. Not to milky or sweet.
07/10/2023: Fairly good value for money. The friendly manager. Good ice cream. The balls are a little small. Slightly poor choice of flavours. The low quality cone. Cost: €3.2 for two balls.

06/10/2023: In centro a Borgo V. ,ambiente spartano ma pulito ed accogliente.Menùcon alta presenza di pesce ma anche con piatti locali .Servizio cortese e veloce, ottima qualità dei piatti, molto abbondanti come porziioni.Buon rapporto qualità prezzo

11/02/2024: Situato a meno di 1km dal parco Arte Sella consigliamo di prenotare in anticipo dato l’elevato numero di persone che si fermano a pranzare prima di proseguire verso il parco.
Piatti tipici della cucina trentina anche se ci aspettavamo avessero una spinta maggiore nel gusto, consigliatissimo però il loro tortino di cioccolato!!! Prezzo coerente con quello che offre il menu.
05/01/2024: Ristorante tattico a due passi da ARTE SELLA. Parcheggio ampio all’esterno e d’estate con la possibilità di mangiare sotto la veranda. Personale molto gentile e cordiale, siamo stati serviti sempre con gentilezza e simpatia. Cucina tipica trentina senza troppi fronzoli, ma con piatti della tradizione, sicuramente molto conditi ma gustosi. Tipici accostamenti e impiattamenti anni 80/90, ma comunque vali essendo un ristorante tattico e strategico dopo le visite all’aperto e le passeggiate. Secondo me con una rivisitazione al locale, tipico in legno ma un po’ con arredamento d’un tempo e qualche rivisitazione all’impiattamento per renderlo un po’ più moderno, il locale acquisirebbe una marcia in più.
Consigliamo vivamente di assaggiare il Parampampolo, un fine pasto speciale fatto da caffè, vino e grappa della zona preparato da loro direttamente e servito in maniera scenica e spettacolare in una tazzina ad hoc, con mestolo e pentolino.
