31/03/2026: Im sorry, but the quality of the food is just appalling... tasteless dishes, a melted cheese that looked and tasted like a bowl of milk, venison stew that had no colour and no taste... really disappointed. On top of that, the huge dining room has no fabrics anywhere that could absorb noises and make the experience a bit more pleasant. It's so noisy, loud and cold that it brought me back to my school dinners in the school cafeteria

15/11/2025: We were so crowded at the table, there was almost no room to put our plates!
There wasn't a single centimeter left even though we'd only ordered one dish each.

11/03/2024: Nei pressi del casello autostradale di Rovereto Nord per la pausa pranzo mi sono imbattuto in questo Albergo Risotrante.
Piatti abbastanza tipici della zona (polenta, formaggi, wurstel, crauti) anche se porzioni non abbondanti come si poteva evincere dai camion parcheggiati nei pressi.
Personale gentile e prezzi nella media della tipologia di struttura
