14/04/2026: Stunning location and view, with the Dolomites as a backdrop. I had an excellent breakfast. The mountain hut is next to the ski slopes... beautiful, traditional interiors.

09/04/2026: We had lunch here over Easter. It was truly the best. Delicious food, friendly staff, and a stunning view. We liked it so much we returned on Easter Monday. If we were to return to the area, we would definitely choose this place again.

10/08/2026: We stopped here for lunch. The food was excellent, the pizzeria was excellent, and the portions were generous with generous toppings. The atmosphere was welcoming and familiar, and the staff was young and friendly. Personally, I only have one complaint about the lovely bigoli with ragù and chanterelles: there was too much juniper, which completely covered the flavor of both the ragù and the chanterelles, so I didn't appreciate it very much. At times, the excessive spices distorted the natural flavor of the dishes. On the other hand, the strudel was superb, carefully homemade with delicious apples. The glass of Lagrein was also excellent. Dogs are welcome. I'll add a few photos that speak louder than words.

09/08/2026: Wow, everything was delicious, light, and the price was right. The atmosphere was welcoming, as was the staff.

30/06/2026: A very charming and romantic traditional restaurant, with the option of dining outside. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Excellent food and wine. The dumpling broth is just like grandma's.

29/06/2026: A good restaurant and excellent service. I enjoyed the local cheese platter, with the manager explaining each type.

02/03/2026: A wonderful evening with attentive service, excellent pizza, and delicious pasta. Perfect for families with children, as it opens at 6 pm.

10/09/2025: Followed the access road from Val Noana. A steady climb, with sometimes challenging but never impossible sections. The route near the waterfall (a spring of very fresh water) is fantastic, where the road follows a section carved into the rock. Read the explanatory signs! Arrival at the refuge in an idyllic setting amidst flat meadows and dense surrounding woods. A warm welcome awaits. Excellent menu (a trio of delicious dumplings and spätzle) enjoyed at outdoor tables. Prices more than match the setting. Before setting off, weather permitting, sit outside, overlooking the valley's sunny meadows, sip a glass of herbal grappa and... meditate!

24/07/2026: A restaurant with a well-maintained and charming location. Excellent local menu, and the tagliolini with duck are truly special. Wide selection of wines. Courteous and attentive service. Definitely worth a try!

26/01/2026: I went with a friend two nights in a row. The staff is very attentive and extremely kind. The wine selection from the cellar satisfies all palates! Highly recommended (We didn't eat, just drank a few glasses).

14/06/2026: My family and I had lunch at the restaurant even though we weren't hotel guests. The owner is incredibly kind and helpful, and even took special care of our toddler by sending the child's order in advance. The dishes are delicious, both traditional and contemporary. The restaurant is beautiful, quaint, and modern at the same time, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering incredible views of the Dolomites. I wouldn't call it cheap, but the bill is reasonable for the quality of the ingredients.

02/05/2026: For the umpteenth time (but it's never enough for us), we had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant. I should start by saying that, having a second home nearby, I'm always looking for restaurants with a different menu, so as not to always eat the same old polenta, sausage, melted cheese, and mushrooms! Here at Pan e Vin, we always find high quality and a menu truly worthy of a restaurant that makes hospitality and research its primary goal! They have a wide selection of meats, both Italian and foreign cuts. Today we ate a fantastic Rubia Gallega. Excellent maturation, flavor, and preparation—I've attached a photo! For my first course, I had tortellini "carbonara-style," very delicious and with an original recipe. The owner, Mrs. Morena, is a highly respected professional. Her culture and skills, if respected by her guests, will allow them to enjoy a culinary experience and an atmosphere that is unexpected in a mountain resort. We also like to have a wide selection of wines. Here you can find wines from the most renowned regions, both in Italy and abroad... from Crémant de Bourgogne (honest and, in my opinion, truly pleasant and drinkable), to red wines from Tuscany, Piedmont, and Trentino... South American and South African wines are also included in the vast selection. The restaurant reflects the style one would expect in the mountains. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Naturally, everything is of a good quality and has its fair price, so don't expect mountain hut prices; that would not only be an insult to those who offer high-end cuisine, but an own goal for those expecting fast food prices. Thanks again for the offer you offer, which truly makes you one of the very few excellent restaurateurs in the area. I can't wait to be a guest at your establishment again. Pietro.

01/05/2026: Dishes lacking character and flavor. Prices were exorbitant for the quality of the dishes. The bill was €100.90... they even charged 0.90 cents! Shameful!
