11/10/2025: We spent our vacation at the Alpenjuwel in September. Truly a "jewel" in every respect. Friendly, welcoming, sensational food, beautiful, cozy rooms, a lovely wellness oasis with a pool and whirlpool. The Langtauferer Valley is also magnificent; we went on wonderful hikes and even saw bearded vultures. 5 stars from us +++

The entrance is only accessible via a VERY steep driveway 👎
There's a step to climb in the building (ground floor)!
The room is much too small.
You can't access the balcony with a wheelchair 👎
The bathroom is too small and needs to be cleaned (mold in the shower) 👎

18/08/2023: Man kann auch übernachten. Nette Vermieter, saubere, geräumige Zimmer, leckeres Frühstück. Am Radweg in Laas gelegen - bietet sich daher ideal für Radler an 👍🚴♂️😀.

Il personale che ci ha accolto è stato da subito gentile( ragazzo con accento a me sembrava lombardo)Ma potrei sbagliarmi.
Davvero ottimo il servizio..mi ha anche aiutato nella scelta di un piatto da comporre che avrebbe pure potuto non fare.
È stato davvero molto professionale..
Il pr3zzo nella media per essere sulle piste da sci.
Bellissimo trovare il famoso biscotto belga vicino al caffè.bravi.

23/10/2025: Beautiful weekend...great for getting away from work and relaxing
03/10/2025: Passing through on our way to Innsbruck, this little roadside restaurant was one of the few open for lunch during the low season (early October). We were superbly received almost at the end of service, the meal was delicious, the interior and exterior setting magnificent, a real change of scenery! As we were leaving we chatted with the staff who were super friendly and gave us some advice for the rest of our trip! A very good time that makes us want to come back!

11/10/2025: I also forgot something (my e-reader) in my room. They found it but they said they couldn't send it to me. No goodwill. Disappointing, just like the general reception, not to mention the construction work next to and behind the building. So no swimming pool. It was in August and I'm still looking for a Belgian biker to go and get it 😬
07/10/2025: DEAR MANU AND DEAR PAUL.......I WOULD LIKE TO THANK YOU AGAIN FOR THE WONDERFUL, UNFORGETTABLE HOLIDAY from September 28th to October 5th, 2025 IN YOUR HOTEL. The rooms were beautifully furnished and had a magnificent view of the King 👑 Ortler and Madatsch peaks. The food was amazing. RESPECT PAUL, YOU COOK SIMPLY FANTASTIC. AND MANU READS YOUR EVERY WISH FROM YOUR EYES. I'm already missing that good fried egg with bacon. I'll be back soon to SEE THE NEW WELLNESS AREA....I 100% recommend the hotel.
