23/09/2025: Delicious sandwiches, piadinas, and pizzas. There's also outdoor seating at the streetside garden tables. A must-visit every time I pass through Civitella!

10/03/2026: Busy atmosphere. A good location for birthdays and large events. Simple country trattoria, but a bit overpriced (not like a trattoria).

31/01/2026: A lunch to remember, both for the ambiance and the food. Tortelli with ragù, gnocchi with pecorino cheese and truffle, pappardelle with wild boar. Traditional cuisine, prepared with love. We will definitely return to celebrate our family reunions. Excellent service and excellent cuisine, no exceptions.

28/09/2025: 'I don't need your name, I can remember your face: Table 1, sette e mezzo': Funny and hardworking owner, a mix of pirate and rocker, friendly and attentive. You sit at the harbor pier, get wine between €20 and €600 (his brand of humor, the wine costs €20). They also serve beer, spaghetti vongole with bottarga for €18. We had a large salad for two (tomatoes, green salad, and mozzarella, €12). They also serve fish. It was a nice evening; we'll definitely go again.

23/09/2025: I'm writing this review in response to a review I felt was unfair a few hours ago. I was present at Bar Spinetti when a German customer complained about an egg and how it was cooked, which he claimed was poorly cooked. I won't go into the merits of the dish, but I'd like to point out that the customer presented himself at the counter in a rather rude and unpleasant manner. Despite this, the bar staff reacted with extreme kindness and politeness, apologizing and offering to remake the dish without any problem. The customer refused, and they, with great fairness, waived the charge. For this reason, the single star awarded doesn't do it justice; in fact, it's truly unfair. Their behavior deserves at least 10 stars, both for the incident in question and for the attention and courtesy they always show their customers.

23/09/2025: [RECOMMENDATION] Unfortunately, I can't recommend this "breakfast place." A ⭐ rating is harsh, I admit, but it "corrects" the "4.8" ⭐ rating, which doesn't quite fit my opinion. [TOAST 🍞 THEATHER 😞] My avocado salmon toast with an egg was completely dry. The egg was completely overcooked. When I asked if I could have a little sauce like mayonnaise, they unfortunately couldn't offer it. They wanted to make me a new egg, which would be runny, so the bread wouldn't be dry and would be edible. They placed the new plate in front of me and immediately disappeared. Yes, the egg was now runny, so runny that the egg white was still transparent. I then returned the food and left my feedback. Unfortunately, they didn't want to address well-intentioned criticism. Which I find very unfortunate. Well-intentioned criticism is like a gold nugget that still needs to be polished to make it truly shine. Instead of acknowledging it, they respond with comments like, "I'm the first guest to complain about this, and I wanted it runny." I don't know how many people eat the egg whites while they're still transparent, and yes, I know you can eat raw eggs. Nevertheless, I find this behavior a bit unfortunate, and it doesn't really help if I don't have to pay for the plate. [PANCAKES 🥞] The pancakes were good, nothing to complain about. But in my opinion, that doesn't correspond to a 4.8 rating. [COFFEE ☕] The cappuccino was good. The cappuccino with caramel and the label "Sugar Free" was so extremely sweet that it was undrinkable. [CONCLUSION ⭐🏁] In my opinion, the Google rating isn't deserved here. I felt more like I was on an Italian highway or Italian street. Here, I missed the love of food that you find on almost every street corner in Italy, except, of course, for the odious "breakfast."

25/01/2026: The atmosphere is refined. The tables are spaced far enough apart to allow diners to converse without having to raise their voices. The staff is attentive, courteous, and punctual. The menu isn't terribly extensive, which I appreciate, but may be limiting for some. What I ate was delicious and well-rounded. A special mention goes to the excellent millefeuille with Chantilly cream, which made us end the meal with a smile.

05/01/2026: In the small square of Fonteblanda, this bar-trattoria offers authentic cuisine in a simple setting with very friendly staff. The menu isn't extensive, but what's on offer is prepared with passion and the portions are generous. If I ever return to this area, it would be a pleasure to dine here again.

29/09/2025: In my very humble opinion, after five years of coming to Giglio and Cantine Aperte, I confirm my preference for this restaurant. It's small, fortunately not suited to noisy, convivial tables. The attention to detail in the dishes and the quality of the ingredients are top-notch, starting with the olive oil. I recommend it to anyone who wants to taste the sea and appreciates the restaurant's delicacy. Will I return to Giglio? Maybe, but I'll definitely book this restaurant!
