Excellent restaurant on the slopes of the Roselle excavations. The food is truly delicious, surrounded by lush greenery.

It was the location for our wedding on May 9, 2026. What can I say? It completely fulfilled all our wishes! The entire staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The food was exquisite, and all our requests were accommodated. The cake was exceptional; our guests are still talking about it. The setting was dreamy; we fell in love with it at first sight. Beautiful location suitable for any type of ceremony, discreet service, helpful and friendly waiters, food a little unusual, not suitable for all palates

The atmosphere is refined. The tables are spaced far enough apart to allow diners to converse without having to raise their voices. The staff is attentive, courteous, and punctual. The menu isn't terribly extensive, which I appreciate, but may be limiting for some. What I ate was delicious and well-rounded. A special mention goes to the excellent millefeuille with Chantilly cream, which made us end the meal with a smile.

We had lunch. The table, set on the veranda, was a bit chilly despite the two pellet stoves and a portable "mushroom" (awning). It was exposed to direct sun near the PVC awning, which didn't provide any shade due to the lack of curtains. In any case, the service was good and the food was of adequate quality. The wine list doesn't specify the vintages; we did get two bottles from 2017, a not particularly successful year for some wines... but this certainly can't be blamed on the establishment. Perhaps it would be appropriate to specify the vintages of the wines offered on the list.
