06/09/2025: A strategic location for exploring the Maremma. Situated in a location with views all the way to Montalto di Castro on one side, and Argentario, Giglio Island, and, if conditions permit, Montecristo on the other. To get there, from the spa, 13 km away, don't follow the GPS, but follow the signs for Saturnia, Capanne, and Catabbio. There's a restaurant, but I can't say for sure, as it's open on Saturdays and Sundays. However, if you're interested, call ahead.

27/09/2025: We arrived late at night, so unfortunately there wasn't much choice of pre-made dishes. The guy prepared pasta with clams and fried fish for us to take away. We also ordered baked cannoli and baked potatoes. We ordered everything to take away, and everything was carefully packaged. The spaghetti was very good, as were the baked cannoli. The mixed fried fish wasn't anything special, honestly, as were the potatoes. Perhaps it didn't help that we ate the food after an hour. The very kind and friendly guy made the wait go by in a fun way.

19/09/2025: Wide selection, takeout or dine-in, excellent, plentiful, and constantly updated, from meat to fish. Excellent first courses, freshly fried food, dry, delicate, and not heavy! Since we discovered this place, we've always come here when we're in Orbetello. There's no comparison, neither in terms of the selection nor the quality of the dishes.

14/09/2025: Let me start by saying that we ate very well; the dishes we ordered were truly excellent and of excellent quality. However, something went wrong with the bill, and so I asked for an explanation. I'll summarize: We ordered two platters of cured meats and cheeses chosen by the chef, two Maremma beef carpaccios (no sides as they were sold out), a bottle of water and a bottle of Fattorie di Magliano Morellino di Scansano DOCG 2020 wine, and two coffees. Finally, the waiter showed up with a bill of 102.50 (which became 102). I have the habit of occasionally doing the math in my head, just like that, due to my professional habits; something doesn't add up, and I ask for an explanation. The waiter panicked, trying everything to get close to the price but failing (he got to €99... although I don't know how he did it), making excuses that the platter wasn't €12 but €14 because there were cheeses (!!). He asked me if I'd included the service charge (which I confirmed... but he calculated it at €3.50 instead of €2.50). You can all get the actual bill by looking at the menu on their website: it comes out to €91 (including €5 for water, which is probably cheaper). I didn't ask for any money back; I left it as a tip. But I won't be back; for me, honesty is essential, as well as quality. Sorry. P.S.: Check your bill every now and then...

14/09/2025: We wanted food and arrived 5 minutes before opening. We asked if there was a seat. We were told it was 5 minutes. Then the door was closed. Sorry – the arrogance is almost unbeatable. Absolutely not! 😳

09/09/2025: Well-kept and pleasant, both inside and out. It immediately offers the pleasant atmosphere of a setting that inspires a sense of well-being and ease. Service is quick, with some improvements to be made based on the staff's expertise...a few more suggestions...the table setting, for example. The Tagliata and the Cinghiale are more than satisfying, including the accompanying side dishes of potatoes and grilled vegetables. The half-bottle wine offer is also appreciated.

12/09/2025: A renovated family hotel with an exceptional atmosphere. The owner is a wonderful, charming lady who, together with her staff, will make sure that you feel welcome and cared for. No wish is impossible. Perfect cleanliness, daily cleaning, the hospitality of an excellent restaurant, a rich breakfast on the top floor of the hotel with a gallery and a view of the crowns of a vast pine grove. Open doors everywhere, including a beautiful terrace among the crowns of pine trees. Everyone is here for you. Parking opposite the hotel in the shade of the pine crowns, a short sandy path to the sea. Peace at the end of the seaside resort and yet a short walk to the colonnade. Excellent location, Thank you for occasionally encountering super hosts on our travels.

The cleanliness was impeccable, both in the common areas and in the rooms: every day the room was tidied with such care that it always looked like we'd just arrived. We stayed in a spacious room, with an extra bed, which proved comfortable and functional. The cuisine deserves special mention: tasty, well-prepared, and high-quality dishes, making every meal a pleasure. Finally, a special mention goes to the staff, always attentive, professional, and extremely kind, ready to meet every need with courtesy and helpfulness. A stay that exceeded expectations: definitely a hotel we'll gladly return to.
