23/03/2025: Consiglio assolutamente questo locale. Ero arrivato in ora tarda a Firenze e affamato cercavo un luogo dove mangiare, molti locali avevano già la cucina chiusa e nonostante fosse vicina l’ora di chiusura del locale il proprietario (che mi aveva visto correre poco prima fuori dal locale, diretto all’albergo) non solo mi ha fatto accomodare, ma con grandissima professionalità mi ha consigliato su cosa preferire per la cena. Il minimo che posso fare è lasciare una recensione e la promessa di tornare appena tornerò a Firenze. Ps Provate il petto d’anatra, eccezionale.

14/04/2025: Delicious pizzas, friendly and helpful staff. You have to wait a bit before sitting down even if you have booked, due to many customers. On the other hand, where you eat well, there is crowding. I recommend it

10/04/2025: There were 12 of us and we ate a pizza, many of us with additions, a probable reason why some dishes were missing but were prepared for us in a short time. Very beautiful and elegant place but for my personal taste the lights were too dim. The pizza dough was very, very good, the seasoning was not excellent: I had a pizza with salami which I didn't like because it was very artificial. Very clean place and average prices. Pizza and medium beer €25.

05/04/2025: Best sliced ​​pizza in Florence… I'm a fanatic and since I moved here I've tried almost all of them in Florence and the surrounding municipalities (Campi Bisenzio, Sesto Fiorentino, Calenzano...). Here is an excellent, digestible pizza with quality ingredients. The owner and manager is a person from another era... very reserved but with great love and care for his work. Prices more than correct, especially for this city (4 pieces no more than 8 euros, in a place outside the city for the same quantity I paid double, for a significantly lower quality) Little space and few seats with high stools and a single surface on the wall, perfect for takeaway or a quick drink. Since I discovered it I have been several times and the service and quality offered has maintained its high level, both at lunch and dinner.

23/03/2025: Certainly one of the best pizzas in Empoli with different options using seasonal vegetables and raw materials of excellent quality.... the restaurant also offers very tasty dishes, I highly recommend it

06/03/2025: Tutto veramente molto buono anche la pizza in versioneimpasto classico molto molto digeribile Nota dolente un cameriere che non riusciva a stare al suo posto, invadente con battute forzate e soprattutto indossava un profumo piuttosto forte, cosa che si dovrebbe evitare quando si lavora in un posto dove si serve cibo

12/04/2025: I returned with my family after 5/6 years when I met him for lunch breaks at work. The quality of the dishes has improved greatly, as has the decor. Fast and very friendly service. 4 stars for now because I want to go back to try the pizza and also land-based dishes... for now we have eaten fish-based dishes. Generous portions. Average prices... a fish first course around 14/16 euros.

30/03/2025: Ugly atmosphere, 80's club style. They say they have gluten-free bases for the pizza. Mine was completely charred on the edge. Not burned, charred. There was such a burning smell that I had it taken away without touching it. Serving something like this, inedible, is offensive. Even worse was the waitress who said that they had to make it like this because otherwise it wouldn't cook well inside. I have been celiac for 20 years. First time I've seen something like this. Absolutely inadequate.

17/10/2024: dopo aver provato a dare fiducia nonostante i recenti inciampi, Un forno che ci aveva dato tante soddisfazioni quando era stato preso in gestione con buoni prodotti freschi fatti con amore e con cura “. adesso il tutto si riduce a basi secche congelate pronte per essere condite una ripiena fatta di due basi secche congelate e messe una sopra l’altra che non ha niente a che fare con la ripiena e una pizza che era tra le più buone di Montelupo Fatta con un pomodoro e una mozzarella non degni ingredienti per una pizza Il tutto condito da un fare po’ scocciata e scontrini dimenticati . Forse il punto vendita di Montelupo non è fra i target aziendali

10/04/2025: Historic place, unchanged since I remember it, informal, characteristic, very intimate. Excellent appetizers, good wine, ideal for an aperitif or a quick dinner, but also for eating a first and second course of typical Tuscan cuisine. I opted for the mixed crostini and a glass of Ribolla. Fast service and low prices, considering that we are practically in Piazza Duomo.

21/03/2025: Very good homemade food, they don't have a very extensive menu but what they do you can tell they do it very well. Good prices. Neighborhood place, run by a family.

08/03/2025: Trattoria with a few tables. Limited menu but right for the approach we wanted to give. The cutting board is excellent, the cacio e pepe is much less so. If you want to eat cheaply, you're in a hurry and you want to feel in a family atmosphere, you're in the right place.

02/04/2025: Ottima scena con amici Il locale è molto carino hanno una cantina ampissima di oltre 100 vini e la bistecca è superlativa abbiamo iniziato la nostra cena con un cocktail e un bel tagliere Toscano ricco di formaggi locali salumi e crostini toscani.

04/04/2025: 2 days ago, around 7.30 pm, I called for 3 takeaway pizzas. At 8.10 they were already ready. I go, literally 3 seconds of waiting for them to put them in the boxes, paid and done. In all this, as well as the stratospheric pizzas and a large car park 10 meters away, it was the fastest order ever. Kind and quick. Compliments!
