The food was very good, the wine list wasn't very extensive, and it wasn't exactly cheap. No adequate compensation was offered for the staff spilling half a bottle of wine, only a complimentary digestif.

The Florentine steak was good, the side dishes excellent. We've had a wider selection of meats before.

I was here on Wednesday, June 10. The food was delicious and of high quality. The location speaks for itself, both from the outside (where I was) and the inside (where I took a look around). The waiters were friendly and efficient, but what surprised me most was the passion of one of the owners, who is also the chef... I think he made me realize that despite the obvious tourists, this is a place where a true Florentine is truly welcome... thank you.

I visited for dinner after a long day exploring Florence and was looking forward to a traditional Tuscan meal. The restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere and the service was courteous throughout the evening. I ordered the grilled lamb with potatoes. The lamb appeared to be cooked properly and the potatoes were prepared well, but unfortunately the dish lacked seasoning and flavor. I found myself wishing for even a basic level of salt and seasoning to bring out the natural flavors of the meat. As a result, the meal was disappointing and did not meet my expectations. While the restaurant may appeal to diners who prefer very lightly seasoned food, I personally found the dish bland and underwhelming. Overall, the experience was average, and I left feeling that the meal did not justify the price.

I had a wonderful time, the food and drinks were excellent, and the service was impeccable. The staff was truly exemplary in kindness, politeness, and professionalism. I give it 5 stars because, unfortunately, more is not possible.
