Excellent gelato, beautiful presentation with the floral shape, the macaroon however was a disappointment and was quite dry and stale. Still definitely worth it for the gelato itself and the beautiful presentation.

Everything is natural, with no additives or preservatives. The flavors are amazing, and the rose-shaped cones are so original!

19/04/2026: The pizza is good, although digestibility leaves something to be desired. The service is pleasant. It's a real shame that, when dining inside, you have to take your clothes to the dry cleaners because of the smell of food that affects the fabrics. Prices are fairly average.
10/04/2026: Very young group one table over, kids were very loud.

09/04/2026: The hotel was a great location it was also few minutes walk to the train station which it helped so much.
08/04/2026: I have only been checked into this hotel for 3 hours and I am more impressed with them than I have been in any other hotel I have stayed in. In Italy and the US to be honest. The rooms have so much character and are just beautiful. We booked 2 rooms for 3 days and the room our sons are in is just as my ice with beautiful views over Florence. The staff at the desk was so helpful and there are a line of bellhops just waiting to help people to their rooms. The lobby is beautiful and a comfortable temperature. I assume the rest of my stay is going to be as amazing asy first impression. It's located in the middle of everything. Just a 5 to 10 minute walk from everything you want to see. Also edited to add, the remainder of our stay was just as great as the first impression.
