Gorgeous views and welcoming staff. Very polite and caring. I spent 3 evenings at their place. I suppose this rooftop offers one of the best views cause it opens the panorama to duomo, medici Capella and the hills of tuscany. Worth the price!

My stay at the Grand Hotel Baglioni was made special because of the B-Roof Restaurant and bar. The bartenders and staff were incredible. Special shout out to Leonardo, Alessandro and Danelle who made the experience especially memorable…they were so patient, hospitable, and dedicated to their craft. Going above and beyond to create incredible cocktails, humoring me with music suggestions, and explaining the different courses when we went for dinner. Impeccable. 12/10. Will return to Florence asap because of my experience here.

The food was great, everything else was just okay. The service was slow and the views weren't all that spectacular... It's rather expensive and nothing particularly noteworthy, a premium tourist trap.

I went with my friend for my birthday dinner. We asked our waiter -a gentleman in a suit- for his recommendation and it was as follows: CHEF WELCOME: BREAD WRAP WITH RICOTTA FILLING, For starter= RABBIT AND FOIE GRAS, in addition to MEDITERRANEAN First course= PLIN WITH RAGU, Main course= CRISPY DUCK BREAST, chef welcome was nice little wrap but i didn't take a photo but it looked like a green wrap made of bread filled with ricota cheese. She didn't like the Mediterranean because the shrimp was raw. They forgot about the plin entirely probably because he got distracted taking the order. The duck came undercooked that my friend literally took a bite and left the rest whereas i muscled through the whole portion which was a like a battle because i couldn't chew it at all and it wasn't crispy at all. A French couple near us ordered the duck, she didn't seem very happy about it and he offered her his plate and gladly start eating the meat enthusiastically and left the duck entirely. The waiter came to check in on us seeing that she left her plate almost untouched and we expressed our opinion politely about the duck and her offered us a piece of meat fillet on the house ( however he didn't ask again for the doneness, so when they showed up with the meat rare we asked them to make it (well done)-althogh we both prefer it medium but we couldn't risk it anymore at this point- which we already explained when we were commenting on the duck. The place has lots of stairs so not suitable for wheelchairs. The scene to SantaMaria del Fiore is marvelous as well as the sunset. The place is really nice. The kitchen wasn't up to the expectations regarding the doneness or the portions which was very minimalistic compared to other restaurants. I'd recommend the place for couples wanting a place with a view and couple of drinks.

We had a magical experience on this rooftop restaurant. The service was nigh impeccable and the food was, for fine dining good, but not exceptional. However the views and the atmosphere was fantastic. We also had the privilege of viewing the solar eclipse of August 2026 from the rooftop.

Such amazing atmosphere and food was excellent!
