I dined at this restaurant with friends on April 4, 2026. We had a great time. The highlight was the 4.8 kg Florentine steak.
The duck pici, mixed crostini, tagliolini, and various side dishes were also good (only the coccoli was raw inside). The price was fair.

Great taste, cozy place and very nice staff. I can highly reccomend Peposo alla fornacina, it was one of best beef stews I've ever eaten. Along with glass of Chianti wine and grilled veggies it's created great dinner.

We loved this place. The food was excellent, we had steak Florentine and despite expectations built up by a friend who had been here previously, I was impressed. It was fantastic. As was our pasta and dessert. Will definitely come back if/when in Florence.

Friendly staff, very nice place, clean and welcoming, quality food, everything very good, I recommend everything but especially the tiramisu, I have never eaten such a good tiramisu, congratulations for everything, I give 10 stars

Superb experience... we had dinner two nights in a row... first the excellent tagliata with artichokes, then the signature first courses... highly recommended.
We'll definitely be back, Fanny and Silvia from Bergamo. 😀 The only thing missing was the Baileys.

For those of you who haven't tried the special food in Italy and have always been dissatisfied, this is the place to go. (Most of the one-star reviews here say the meat is tough, but if you order it medium-rare, it's incredibly tender.)

I'm very satisfied with both the food and the service. Order the Bistecca alla Fiorentina medium-rare. It's not too chewy and easy to eat. The tiramisu is truly impressive. My middle school son wants to go into the kitchen and kiss me. With the discount from The Fork, I even got a BDM wine, and the price is still great.
