We stopped by chance and...we truly felt at home. A typical atmosphere, traditional Tuscan cuisine, and the two ladies in charge are wonderful. What can I say about the pappardelle with white sauce and mushrooms, and my pici with sausage and pumpkin. An excellent Chianti, and this place has gained two new customers. Bravo ❤️ from the bottom of my heart.

Informal yet well-maintained atmosphere. Very friendly and helpful staff. They make you feel at home. Very good, typical Florentine home-cooked food. Excellent ingredients, some of which are homemade. If you want to eat well in a quiet setting, I recommend La Porta del Chianti.

TOP! A very pleasant surprise... A rustic, family-friendly restaurant that makes you feel right at home right away... The lady working the tables is very kind and friendly, and the menu is exquisite, from the bread to the CICCIA, side dishes, and even the desserts... everything is truly delicious... If we ever pass by again, we'll definitely see you again!! Congratulations again...

An authentic trattoria on the edge of Chianti. We dined here at the end of February and found traditional recipes and a beautiful, off-the-beaten-path atmosphere. Prices were moderate, food excellent, and service was friendly and attentive. We'll be back soon.

An informal but excellent Sunday lunch.
The flavors are authentic, like those of times gone by.
A mention for some details considered insignificant: the bread, even though I'm not a bread lover, was excellent served with a schiacciata. The house wine was delicious and well-priced.
