27/07/2024: Five-night holiday in Marina di Bibbona, I had dinner four of them with them at La Carabaccia, and not five just because unfortunately their closing day was involved. Beautiful, quiet, particular and super well-kept place; Excellent service as well as the cuisine, very good wine list. What can I say, a family, we immediately made friends, from the first evening we stayed at the end of the service talking in their quiet and private balcony at the back. The owners are very kind as are the kitchen staff. What can I say, very happy to have met you. A big hug and I really hope to see you again soon. Titian ❤️

16/12/2023: I have passed by this restaurant several times and had never stopped, one day my wife and I did so and discovered a phenomenal place: excellent food and a welcoming place but the real added value is the couple who run it. Perfect for a pleasant culinary break during the Bologna/Florence journey on the S.S.64, it is always full of motorcyclists and other friendly people passing by. Informal but very nice and warm environment. I recommend booking.

19/08/2024: Abbiamo cenato per due sere in questo ristorante, devo dire che non mi ha deluso in nessuna delle due occasioni, cibo buonissimo.... Il conto giusto... Il personale cordiale e gentile, il servizio veloce... Non ho avuto nemmeno il tempo di fare una foto tra l'antipasto e il primo....😅 La cosa fantastica è il panorama... Si vede tutta Firenze.... Lo consiglio vivamente, per chi vuole trascorrere una serata lontana dal caos e dal traffico cittadino e godersi cmq un panorama da urlo.... E soprattutto mangiare un pasto tipico toscano.... PS: da assaggiare la torta pesche e amaretti, buonissima 🤤

29/08/2024: One of the most beautiful restaurant/cafe we visited in Florence. As we come back from Galleries de academia, we passed by this cafe. We already had lunch so decided to have coffee and desserts. I was blown away by the gorgeous decor in every part of the restaurant. Color of chairs, tables, walls… it was absolutely gorgeous. Food was so delicious ! Panna Cota and tiramisu with cappuccinos were a great combination. Definitely coming back to have lunch for our next trip.

30/03/2024: Ho cenato con la mia famiglia in questo ristorante, ottima la cucina ma servizio da rivedere. Ci hanno servito la fiorentina (buonissima) senza pane, il bicchiere per il vino era adatto per un gingerino e non per una bottiglia di vino rosso. Il servizio sembrava fatto da personale improvvisato. Spero che la mia recensione sia da stimolo per migliorare.

09/07/2024: SUPER ...The bar-pastry shop opened its doors in 2005 and was located at the end of the town. The owner Pino Libonati expressed his doubts to us who knows if it will go well because we are far from the center!! Today it has become the FIRST BAR and everyone has adapted to it. Compliments.

18/08/2024: Il ristorante GLI ARTISTI ha alle spalle una storia antica e appassionante ……. Non meno appassionante è il percorso culinario che abbiamo fatto. Seguiti e accompagnati in sala da Nicola che grazie alla spettacolare chef Assunta, ci ha fatto fare un viaggio enogastronomico da ripetere. Piatti prelibati, a partire dall’entré con un rocher di fegatini su una deliziosa marmellata e a seguire una degustazione “Terra” veramente eccezionale. Vi auguriamo i migliori successi. 27/07/2024: Arriving by chance from the nearby hotel I discovered a fantastic place. Small and elegant place. Short menu with 5 land and 5 sea proposals that can be combined in 3 or 5 course tastings. I mixed it up a bit starting from hand-beaten tartare with asparagus and burrata, egg cooked at low temperature with pecorino cheese with truffle, linguine with pesto/lemon/raw prawn, octopus + cod with aubergine and passion fruit mochi with mango ice cream/ apricot and fruit tartare. What really amazed me is the attention to detail in the cuisine: the marinade of the tartare, the cooking of the egg, the cooking of the pasta in the prawn broth, the aubergine with its juice, the freshly made fruit tartare . I remember every dish in detail, which doesn't happen often to me. Wise and valid wine pairing that I recommend. The amuse bouche was also excellent, which was a rocher of livers paired with a Sangiovese with macerated fruit. Courteous and attentive service without unnecessary formalism. I have been lucky enough in my life to be able to eat in around 50 starred/multi-starred restaurants. I wouldn't be surprised if sooner or later I found the star plaque on the entrance wall of this delightful restaurant

10/08/2024: Before you read this, make yourself a favor a buy this tour. We bought a tour through AIRB&B experience. My name is Yamil, I am from Puerto Rico and I have never written a Review. This was by far the best tour I’ve taken and its hard to believe someone will beat this. In total, we had 6 types of wine but volume wise we all had like 1 1/2 glasses (although I advised my group was small (about 5)). Besides the great wine, our guide (Tommy) made some stops on the vineyards, cellars, and in a genuine ceramic called Corsini shop which was really nice. Once in the vineyards they served us an amount of bread, cheese, wine, and olive oil that was of amazing quality. And, although this was all great, the best part of the tour, was Tommy, Marco and another’s worker which I never caught his name. They made is feel in our home, they were great and supper kind. I would paid this again. I hope to see all of them in the future and wish them the best of luck.

07/08/2024: I already love the Sant'Ambrogio market... Today I discovered the terrace of the Menoni Macelleria: Vermentino... Fried onions... Salad and Tomatoes... And above all Tartare Duomo (chef's sauce, anchovies, Tropea onion, capers) and Tartare San Marco 2.0 (marinated in orange juice and mustard, capers, chopped almonds) exaggerate! And I'm also gloomy about "fat"! Everything of excellent quality... Even the bread, the location, the plating and the service with the hoist (very nice)... Last but not least (in fact I would say it is the jewel in the crown) the owner Luca... Sympathy, kindness and passion in welcoming us out of the ordinary... Not to be taken for granted in a city center where people would still go even if you didn't treat them with that enthusiasm... It was almost closing time and he was very available and without any rush... Let's live our city... Our deserving restaurateurs and those who love their work (because it shows!)

01/07/2024: I was here at the end of February, I was on holiday in Florence, the best place I ate in 3 days and I dare say the best place I could have eaten. It's been 4 months since I stayed with you, I thought about you and I missed you. Obviously highly recommended place. I add more details, we ate for two with the cutting board and took the two dishes in the photo, pappardelle with livers and sliced ​​meat. Refined and very tasty ingredients, I remember the livers and the black salt very well. Everything is served on the terrace via a freight elevator connected to the kitchen-butcher's shop on the ground floor. Adding water and wine we spent €51, absolutely well spent. I will definitely return when I have the chance

18/08/2024: Very common crostini but... velvety, tortelli expertly enriched with sage with a particular and light filling. Excellent choice of wines, outdoor venue too, fast service and duck breast... I won't tell you because I'm jealous.
