An excellent trattoria that's born as such, but it has nothing to envy of a good restaurant. The spaghetti with fresh tomato sauce, typical of the menu, is excellent... but the excellent steak deserves special mention.
I also recommend their generous appetizer with their signature caciotta cheese, delicious; I could have had dinner with that alone... the service was good... perhaps a little more space between the tables for people to pass by wouldn't be appreciated, but that's a small detail... I recommend it... I'll definitely be back.

I was in Florence for work, and I have to say this restaurant was a pleasant surprise.
A very pleasant, family-friendly atmosphere and a truly fantastic steak!

We discovered this place thanks to Harley-Davidson friends from the Chianti Chapter... a family-run trattoria with excellent quality. We had spaghettini with diced tomatoes marinated in garlic, followed by a Florentine steak with super tender meat that needed no chewing... it melted in your mouth, allowing you to savor the excellent flavor.

No restaurant is comparable to the bandits. Everything is perfect: the atmosphere is like being at home, the staff are like being at home, the food is always fresh, genuine, simple, and perfect.

Where should I start?!?
Food: Here you eat like you did 40 years ago. Nothing fancy, just real dishes. Boiled meat on Tuesdays, tripe on Thursdays. It's up to you.
Service: Everyone's great, and I don't know how they manage to choose the new ones; they've made very few mistakes.
Ambience: Like the food. You're immersed in another historical period...

Truly an excellent place to eat everything but in particular as far as I'm concerned a good starter a nice Florentine steak, good prices good food really polite staff (I would go back only today to try the pasta alla briganti) also the house wine goes well with the dishes

Excellent in every way, from the food to the atmosphere! Authentic, one of the few places in Florence that hasn't sold out to mass tourism—for that alone, it deserves 10 stars!
