The roller is back, finally! One of the few, perhaps the only, all-you-can-eat sushi places where the conveyor belt is back in operation, offering uramaki, nigiri, and more. Around twenty euros all-inclusive for a weekday lunch: don't miss the vegetable rice dumplings. For those who like it spicy, try the spicy uramaki. Smartphone orders, glass water, takeout available, and even ample parking. The dining rooms are spacious and bright, and service is very fast, even à la carte: what better lunch stop in the Osmannoro area?

I've been going there for several years: very nice place, always friendly and helpful staff, and very good food at an excellent price/quality ratio. You won't be disappointed!

I had dinner last night. The owner, Antonio, was very kind and recommended their homemade dishes, like the ravioli and desserts. The raw fish dishes were truly fresh and delicious. The quality and price (fixed menu) were excellent. I'll be back soon.

Che bella sorpresa questo posticino proprio alla rotonda che porta all’IKEA! Sushi Ukiyo è un locale super accogliente, pulitissimo e con parcheggio comodissimo davanti – cosa non da poco! L’ambiente è tranquillo, arredato con gusto, e c’è una musica di sottofondo rilassante, mai fastidiosa: si può chiacchierare tranquillamente senza dover alzare la voce. Un dettaglio che fa la differenza! Bellissima anche l’idea del rullo con i piattini: comodo, veloce, e sempre pieno di cose buone da scegliere al volo. Il titolare è giovanissimo e davvero simpatico! Ti accoglie col sorriso e si vede che ci mette passione in quello che fa. Il cibo? Top! – Ravioli super buoni, morbidi e saporiti – Pesce freschissimo, si sente la qualità – Tartare spaziali, sia per gusto che per presentazione Insomma, un posto dove si mangia bene, ci si rilassa e si sta davvero bene. Prezzi giusti, servizio veloce, atmosfera piacevole. Ci tornerò sicuramente e lo consiglio a chi cerca un sushi buono, comodo e senza stress!

The atmosphere is quiet, tastefully decorated, and the background music is relaxing and never annoying: you can chat peacefully without having to raise your voice. A detail that makes all the difference! The idea of the small plate cart is also great: convenient, quick, and always full of delicious items to choose from. The owner is very young and incredibly friendly! He greets you with a smile, and you can tell he's passionate about what he does. The food? Top! – Super good ravioli, soft and flavorful – Very fresh fish, you can taste the quality – Outstanding tartare, both in taste and presentation In short, a place where you eat well, relax, and have a truly wonderful time. Ho provato tantissimi sushi in toscana e questo ha una marcia in più, il vecchio mitico nastro ha ancora il suo fascino e il proprietario come i ragazzi che accompagnano ai tavoli sono simpatici e perfetti, in più gradita la sorpresa della ruota panoramica al tavolo!!
