The best tartare in all of Florence. Excellent menu with fair prices for the quality. The staff is impeccable in their assistance and wine pairing recommendations. The chef is truly special, as are the two ladies in the dining room, Irene and Giada. Highly recommended!

Had dinner at Nedo L’Officina dei Golosi last night and honestly it was one of the best meals I’ve had in Florence. The place feels completely authentic — no tourist trap vibes at all, just warm people who clearly care about what they do. Everything I ordered was excellent, but the steak tartar was absolutely incredible. Simple, fresh, perfectly balanced. You can really feel the passion in both the food and the atmosphere. One of those places you leave already wanting to come back to.

A gem in Firenze. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The food was awesome and very reasonably priced—the tartare was one of the best I’ve ever had. To top it off, I must mention that the house wine was incredibly good too.

A very warm welcome, friendly and highly professional. The homemade cuisine was quite original, and the setting was very pleasant. Excellent value for money. We had a very good dinner and a very enjoyable evening.

26/06/2026: Absolutely amazing. Everything is 10/10. Hidden away in a tiny hamlet on a hill, it’s a hidden gem. The pizza and pizza selection is exceptional. Apps are too. The pasta is rustic, authentic styles. Steak cooked with bacon didn’t disappoint. Tiramisu desert was unique — more like a pudding — and still mind-blowingly good.

07/06/2026: Tonight we had two delicious pizzas at FarWest. The new management is continuing the tradition of the place (their historic pizza chef was in the oven tonight). They're young guys who absolutely deserve our trust.
